Walking distance to railway/bus station.Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: Location and cleanliness of room.
Cons: At the price, nothing.
Location: A smallish holiday resort, but within easy reach are Naples, Pompeii, Capri, Amalfi Coast, etc. Co-located train and bus station close to hotel.
If you're looking for 5 star luxury, this is not the hotel for you. But if you want somewhere convenient to the rail/bus station and close to the town centre at a good price, this is the place. That price includes wi-fi, sky tv, room safe. Our room was kept extremely clean and, on arrival, Pasquale gave us his mobile number in case we had any problems during our stay in Sorrento. There were none, but he was always willing to give advice whenever we saw him. Glad we booked.

This is the kind of small, owner operated hotels that make you feel like home.

Pros: Location, price, parking.
Nice place. About 5-10 min walking from city center and old town. Perfect value cost.

Great hotelPosted Jul 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything is great, but the most important it's quality of the service, The owner helped me a lot with finding my baggage, put a big effort to make me feel better. His stuff helped a lot too.

I would not returnPosted Jun 23, 2013
Hotel photo misrepresents what hotel looks like. Room was small and cramped with a shower barely large enough to be usable More importantly, the walls of the rooms are paper thin so we heard everything our neighbors were saying and doing. Had to ask the hotel staff to quiet them down on occasion. Hotel says it is a short walk to city center. Maybe to the edge of city center but not to the center itself or to the port. In fact had to take a cab to the port. Breakfast was very limited and (in Sorrento of all places) pastries came wrapped in cellophane. The only good thing about it was that it was cheap. Hotel advertises that front desk is open 24/7 but after 9 you have to phone the manager if there are any problems or if you need anything. Other than the manager who has limited English, no one else speaks English. All are friendly and helpful, but there is a big communication gap. Don't expect anything but the basic services (nothing concierge like such as booking tours, etc.)

Dear Customer, She booked a B&B! We do not have the 24-hour and is suitable everywhere. We carry bookings for excursions. We are a 5 minute walk to walk 500 meters. Piazza TASSO! I, as manager of the hotel do not speak good English, but with a bit of desire to communications can understand and try to do my best for my customers!! The next reservation must VERIFY OK to book a HOTEL and not a B & B! The B&B does not offer the services of a hotel, but it has a major advantage in the price. Regards

Great locationPosted May 29, 2013
Location: Fantastic, close to the centre and the train station
Great place to stay if you are on a budget. We where there for a wedding over the weekend and the location was perfect for this. Its also close to the train station which is great. If you aren't expecting a posh hotel then its ideal.(it met our expectations stop on) The only downside was the breakfast, im not overly worried about the food but a good and slightly larger coffee in the morning would have been nice.
