Definitely not a hostel. Don't be fooled. This is a very good hotel with extremely nice and professional staff Breakfast staff very helpful and polite. Reception staff, Chiara,Cora,Francesca and lets don't forget the boys are wonderful. Definitely would recommend this place as close to town centre 10mins piazza tasso. Wonderful 10 day holiday in March 2024

After reading great reviews about this hotel, I knew we would enjoy our stay. However, it completely exceeded any expectations. A beautiful hotel (don’t let the word hostel put you off!) with huge rooms to stay in. The whole place was exceptionally clean, the staff were always happy to help and give recommendations and advice for our stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, we aren’t every single morning! If we are fortunate enough to visit Sorrento again, we will absolutely stay here again for sure!

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean but the beds were not comfortable, very hard. Breakfast was good, location was good. Amenities were minimal unless you wanted to pay extra for the pool or fitness centre. This was considered a budget priced hotel but it seemed expensive for what was offered.

We were pleasantly surprised to stay at this property considering it is listed as a hostel. Definitely not the type of hostel you might have in mind. Beautiful entryway leading to a very clean room. Our room and bathroom were a decent size. The only complaint was that the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The bedspread was also very dated and could use an upgrade. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices. The coffee from the automated machine was horrible so make sure you buy your good Italian coffee from a café nearby!

Great stay.
Lovely stay. Basics were done very well. Great shower, extremely comfy bed, room was spotless and the staff were very helpful. I did not have any food in the hotel, but did see the breakfast and it looked good.

Very clean, spacious hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was a bit wary about booking as it said hostel but it is definitely not a hostel. Very short walk to main streets but as it is off the main street very quiet.

A great find. Close enough to the centre to be an easy walk along a narrow (pedestrian only) street filled with shops. The hotel is well-presented, it may be called a "hostel" but it is much better than the name implies. At the price point, it was an absolute bargain.

The only down side to this property is there is no outside seating area to have a drink or socialize, you have to go out. Everything else is great. Although the Ulisses Delux is a hostel There are three parts to it. Hotel which provdes bed & breakfast, a SPA which you have to book and pay separatley and the hostel. Been the 5 times to date and enjoy.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to our final farewell. Also, the breakfast was very pleasant and the location was great for us (close to activities, but not in the heart of all the hustle and bustle).

It is in a walkable area. We walked to dinner in Marina Grande and we walked to the hotel from the train station. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was updated. The breakfast is well worth the 10 euros per person.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was more than hostel quality and the hotel is well located, just takes a bit of getting there from the railway station. A hostel conjours the thought of shared facilities but we had a spacious room with our own bathroom

Wonderful hotel in Sorrento
The hotel, although called a hostel (which is misleading), is fantastic. Service, staff, location and room were wonderful. Large motel style room with full private amenities. Room included a free buffet breakfast (all you can eat). Great rates. Location is ideal - same level as shops and mall (so no walking up or down hills). Short walk (all flat) from railway station (careful of dodgy train from Naples - pickpockets ride the train). Hotel offered and arranged our tours - with hotel pickups. We had a wonderful week in Sorrento and the hotel was fabulous.
