Lovely Hotel but building work annoying.Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Position was lovely
Cons: Will be great when all the building work is done
We had a lovely stay apart from the noise from the building work going on.

Tolles Hotel in Nähe von WestminsterPosted Mar 24, 2015
Tolle zentrale Lage, netter Service. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer; leider ohne Aussicht. Aber das war kein grösseres Problem. Sauberkeit und Komfort prima.

Great welcome, service and overall experiencePosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The friendliness and good service received from the staff
Cons: Perhaps a sign on the minibar to say where the bottle opener is The scales in the bathroom were a good idea but didn't work.
Location: was attending a conference in the hotel so didn't venture out Very well located for train and air
I really couldn't fault this hotel, from the moment I arrived until I left everyone and everything was really very good indeed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Position of hotel central for all areas of LondonPosted Mar 19, 2015
Room price was averaged at £123 per night ,we found the carpets dirty , trays left outside rooms for at least 8hours , staff not very friendly but courteious . The room was a superior one, which was ok but only one comfy chair for 2 people not much I agree but it's a 4 star hotel , the windows were alarmed and locked so we were unable to get fresh air and the air con even on ice setting did not cool the room down enough resulting in 3 nights poor sleep and a tired mood which dampened our enjoyment, also the position of the room ment you had to have the curtains drawn and the lights on or be overlooked by other rooms and a gymnasium.

Camera logorata. albergo molto rumoroso -cantieriPosted Mar 17, 2015
Tutti i mobili presentavano spigoli o dettagli sverniciati. La tv in camera era afflitta da scarsa ricezione del digitale terrestre - immagine a scatti. La moquette in camera era rovinata da una evidente bruciatura da ferro da stiro.....

A little taste of luxury for me on business.Posted Mar 8, 2015
Cons: Faster check-in would be good.
Good, friendly welcome. Very helpful staff. Enjoyable breakfast. Very comfortable bed and great night's sleep. Gym was easily accessible and well kitted out for an hour's cardio and weights session.

Great hotelPosted Mar 8, 2015
Great hotel well positioned near Vauxhall and Lambeth! Easy 15 min walk to Trafalgar Square! Some construction work going on but had zero impact on my stay!

Upgrade icing on the cake.Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: The room. views, facilities and only a short walk to Westminster, The Embankment and South Bank
Location: See above also Covent Garden, Imperial War Museum, London Eye.
We have stayed at Park Plaza Riverbank before but have always stayed at the rear of the hotel which affords views of the railway and South London. regardless of view our stays have always been enjoyable. On this occasion we decided to treat ourselves to a Thames side view. On arrival we were immediately told we had an upgrade to a riverside suite! This was tremendous with large living area and separate bedroom (inc. 2 televisions). The view was superb The Thames, Lambeth Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. Thank you Park Plaza Riverbank we shall certainly be visiting again.

Good location for London Eye Big Ben etcPosted Feb 28, 2015
The hotel inside and staff were excellent but external building works and road closure did spoil the experience.
