Fine standard hotel, modern furniture which included a moderately comfortable couch and an office chair at a desk...but the bathroom wall facing the living area was the type of glass that can be cloudy or clear at the push of a button. So if you want your companion to watch you shower or use the toilet, this is the place for you. If you would like to keep on a light in the bathroom so you can find it at night -- forget it -- the glass wall illuminates the whole room when the light is on. Coming after a stay at the Istanbul Hilton where the toilet is in a clear glass enclosure it does make me wonder about these designers.

Excellent and friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Workout facility's and spa gave me everything I needed. Only issue was the women's spa Shower was difficult to operate resulting in some flooding of the bathroom in the spa area.
Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

The receptionist was wonderful on check-in, my little girl had seen the web page, showing a pic of the London eye from the bedroom window. And they changed our room, so she could have a room with that view. The room was lovely clean, and cosy, with plenty of space. The view was to die for, and not only did we have the London Eye, but Big Ben too, Amazed my little girl. We ate lunch and supper in the Hotel bar, which was a reasonable price for London. Lunch was reasonable, but supper was very dissapointting. We ordered 3 starters, one of which arrived as the others, were just about finished. Also, we ordered 3 main courses, one of which never arrived at all. which was a shame, as we had had a long hot day.
But the room was to die for. although we did swipe our card to enable the mini bar to be opened, but even though we asked twice, it was still not unlocked for us. All in all though we had a fab time, and the niggly little problems were not important.

A great furnished apartment experience. Hip area, near Tower bridge. Clean, well-maintained and hassle-free. Good local coffee shops and restaurants around. I recommend it for longer term travel or work arrangements in London.
