This is a very nice hotel and one that we will stay in again. It was a little on the pretentious side though. The view is absolutely amazing and second to none for London that I know of. Plus it was fun to swim on the 53rd floor and look out over London.

very good hotel stay; the location is perfect (5 minute walk from Bourough Market), the staff are friendly and the rooms are lovely (they have nespresso machines in the rooms!) definitely worth a stay.

Superb location, secure parking (chargeable) and cleanliness throughout, the Novotel was a great place to stay.
If you're doing the sightseeing tour I'd recommend buying a tour bus package or which there are many: golden tours, big bus, the original tour, but if you're just there for the buzz of Thames front, this location is ideally only a five minute walk to eating places and the Globe Theatre.
Staff excellent, well presented and always someone to assist. Didn't use room service but that's available for food and drink, and there's even a mini fridge and secure safe for belongings in the Superior rooms.
Breakfast was yummy too. Choice of continental or traditional and plenty of it.
