This hotel is close to plant where I had project.

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Convenience, bed & quiet.
Cons: Clean the floors. The carpet is close to nasty.
Location: The old section of Elkhart has been redone and it is beautiful. I believe there are Amish settlements nearby.
Location is very convenient; just off the tollroad coming into town. Wide variety of eateries and most are pretty good. The nearby Perkins is great. The continental breakfast at the hotel is less than average which forced me to experience the Perkins restaurant for breakfast. It is open for breakfast at 6A and that is their specialty but I had other meals there too and they were all very good. The room was comfortable especially the bed. Climate control was very good as well. The only letdown on the room was the dirty floor. If you stay here you probably should wear flip-flops if you do not want to wear your street shoes. At least in my room I could not tell that they vacuumed all week and that apparently is their MO. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I teased them a little about the faux scrambled eggs. They were nice but embarrassed which tells me they care. That is a worthy trait.

Quaint in Elkhart!

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Location: There use to be the College Hall of Fame, but they have moved to Georgia. There is Notre Dame university, and plenty of restaurants.
Clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities. Free breakfast.

Uneventful, easy access

Posted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
While the hotel itself wasn't easy to find once coming off of the Indiana Toll Road (no signage on the side streets), it was a very comfortable stay overnight.

Great Night's Sleep!

The bed was super comfortable and I loved the pillows, like sleeping on a cloud. We didn't eat breakfast there, but took a look at the offerings and weren't impressed.
