It is completely unacceptable that you did not have any pots/pans/plates/silverware for me to use in my room. The entire reason I booked at your location was because I needed a kitchen. After checking in, when I went to get pots and pans they told me they no longer offer that. They said I could buy a set if I wanted, but they were out at the moment so I couldn't buy it either (not that I would have spent money on that). Why should I buy a set when your hotel should include this, and why does your advertising mention a kitchen with pots and pans when you do not offer it? That is blatant false advertising. TO make it worse, two days later after checking in, I got an email from you saying: "need pots and pans, check the front desk" or something like that. The fact that you do not offer it and then send me an email telling me I can get something you no longer offer is horrible customer service. I may never stay at your hotels again. Truly horrible.
