Hot water was lukewarm at 0400 first morning. At 8 pm checked again and it was still not hot. Hot tub was same way.

Very good stay for a very reasonable price!
For the price, you get a nice, clean room, friendly staff, and a hearty hot breakfast. We've stayed at hotels/motels that cost three times as much and weren't nearly as good. A high price does not necessarily mean high quality. This hotel makes that point very obvious.

Overnight Stay
The employees there were all friendly and helpful, especially the lady who worked on the breakfast preparations. The hotel is a bit dated, but still comfortable.

We had an easy check in, the front desk lady treated us very well. She let us know there were fresh cookies 🍪, who doesn’t like cookies. Of the rooms that were available she asked our preference and met them. Would stay here again

Nice enough. But the bed wasn’t as comfortable as other Hampton Inns we have been in. The furnishings are older. But the room was clean except for the floor. I wore white socks and they were very dirty after walking around in the room. Maybe carpet cleaning and mopping floor would help?

What Happened to the pen & paper?
I do not like and will not use shower shampoo, conditioner & wash as it is NOT sanitary. Had to get dressed to go to car for shampoo and bar soap. No per, pencil or paper in room. Was told shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, paper & pen were no longer being supplied. We stayed here many times over the years. Don't know if this is a local or chain wide change but we will take our business elsewhere

During COVID Hilton did send letters out to all properties telling us to remove all note pads and pens from guest rooms. Also, it is now a Hilton standard to have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and hand soap. Since Hamptons are a brand of Hilton, we have to follow what they say. Great Hotel Stay!
This was a great stay! We were passing through with our kids and this hotel delivered! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was great; good variety and very tasty. Convenient location off I90 and will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Worth the price
It was an overall great stay, great pool and room, the room was a little beat up, some torn wall paper and cracked ceiling in the bathroom but overall everything was great and a great breakfast

Staff was great to our large group
Our stay was amazing. We were part of a large group of high school students. The hotel was welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. The front desk clerk was phenomenal, and the breakfast attendant was great. We’re very pleased.
