The property was undergoing an upgrade and there was construction in lobby and other areas. I had a dog and puppy and I don-/ know if first floors were not available but we were put on second floor and had quite the hike to take dogs out. Pillows were not great, had to get a different TV remote. In room coffee maker did not work. But the price of the room reflected the construction, but it would have been nice to know it was under renovation as I would have probably picked another hotel.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Quiet and loved the area dining and shopping area. Hotel room walls need better cleaning and so does inside the actual pool wall has grime with foul racial language written on it.

The only reason I got the room with the hot tub was for that to soak. After asking multiple times and waiting and waiting. I never received cleaning supplies to clean filthy tub myself. And also the tub was absolutely disgusting. After we ran it and was already in it, it started to drain and all of the disgusting,nasty particles from previous people literally came out of the jets and we had no clue we had been soaking in that. Like that's is unhealthy, unsanitary and everything else. Our sheets were dirty and old and had makeup stains on them as well as multiple hairs. Like that was a total waste of money and I'm very very upset and disappointed in the whole trip.

There for 5 nights did not get to enjoy the pool they had it rented out to the public every day with birthday parties and such! Every other day we had to go the front to register our key again to open our door (manager stated they were working on the system) many times there was no one at the front counter (sign stating will be back soon helping a guest) Poor breakfast options. The elevator did not work and my sister and elderly mom were on the second floor

We had to book an unplanned stay due to the weather and couldn't make it back to Gary. From the minute we walked in the door, I felt comfortable. The ambiance in the lobby was great. Whatever oil defuser they use was very welcoming. The two gentleman working at the desk were personable and helpful. The room was clean and the heat was on so it was nice and warm after coming in from the cold. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and the swimming pool was immaculately clean. For the price i wouldn't hesitate in staying here again for 1 night. Hotel felt safe but you could hear noise from other rooms i.e. babies crying, people walking down hallway. Not sure I'd want to stay more than 1 night. Breakfast was very basic. Rooms could do with being updated they are very dark. No towels in swimming pool which was annoying and not many in room. I think hotel is understaffed.

A few missing utems
In the bathroom there were only 3 bath towels...no washcloths, 1 hand towel , no bath mat, the tub drain was very slow...the Kleenex box was empty and when we asked at the desk were told they were out..not an issue for most but my husband has allergies and uses them a lot. At breakfast there were no plates, the evening before there were only 2 tea bags and one napkin. Other than that, the bed was comfortable.

Not a place you want to stay
That hotel is older than dirt and he’s major reworking for a 12-year-old piece of property. I’m told it’s in bad condition check out. Less old food in the refrigerator. The room smelled. Work unless you plug it in yourself there so switch on the lamp it’s and standards The Radisson would even allow place like this to hang there Hotels.com recommended I would not recommend this folks at all and guarantee it would not pay $510 a night for two nights at the hotel in the condition with him false advertising, my friends, false advertising

Seemed okay when we first checked in. Remote didn't work for TV and sink's plug was stuck down and wouldn't go up. Husband had to take it out completely. Reported both the night we got there and got a new remote. Used sink next morning and found sink was leaking a lot all over our stuff under the sink. Had to have it repaired. Also no hooks of any kind in bathroom and not a plug for the tub which we reported but never got one. The tub was dirty. We were there from Fri-Mon and never had room service. No snack machines only soft drink and water machines. Suspicious emblem on mirror in bathroom that had green light coming in when light in bathroom was out. We covered with wet cotton ball. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Bedbugs in our room. To their credit, the staff was helpful and understanding, got us into a new room immediately and closed off the old room. Rooms were dirty - shower had mildew in the corners, lots of stains on the carpet. Overall nice helpful staff, but the place was pretty disgusting. Avoid it

The staff were all so nice and friendly. The lobby and pool were clean but once you got upstairs, it was pretty dingy. Not vacuumed. The tub and grout were dirty and rusty and the bathroom smelled like old cigarettes. My bed was clean and comfortable. At $50 a night, I really didn’t expect much more.

Very rundown. Outside doors did not latch. Inside the room was very dingy, bathroom was in dire need of repair, mold on ceiling, paint peeling on walls, etc. It was a huge game weekend at Notre Dame and chances of finding another room would’ve been difficult or we would have definitely switched hotels.
