Great hotel in great location - walking distance to many coffee shops, the Football Hall of Fame, eateries, etc (hotel restaurant with nice ambience, inexpensive)

Pretty good value for money. Fittings are older, but the hotel is very much stayable.

very friendly staff and location is great. Nice coffee shop across street, Wings restaurant 1/2 block away. Definately will visit again... looking forward to it. Clarence (shuttle driver) was very helpful, and treated me like family. Finding an ATM is easy, since there is a bank is the same building. Car rental nearby, rented a car to visit Amish country.

The rooms are amazing, and are huge. I was expecting something average since I wasn't paying very much. I ended up getting a corner room full of windows on the 14th floor...what a great view looking over the city! I'm definitely staying there again!

Our reservation was ready when we arrived. There was no delay checking in. We did get very good directions to the school where the barbershop show we were in town for. The hotel employees were very kind and well trained in there job.
