Smoker's rooms should be on end of building.

Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: The desk staff needs to be retrained. There are too many signs and rules that tells guests what they can't do, or where they can't go.
Location: We drove to a different town as planned.
Our first night was very restful and we were pleased with one exception. The area where the breakfast was served was roped off to guests. It would have been nice to sit at a table, look out the window, and drink a cup of coffee. We cut our trip short because we were woken up several times an hour all night long on our second night. The staff said that the room above us was rented to a construction crew that had booked the room for 60 days and they were working several different shifts. They offered to move us to another room, but we were settled in our room and we weren't the ones slamming doors all night going outside to smoke. It would have made more sense to move the construction crew to one of the empty rooms right near the exits, for their convenience, and no one would be bothered by their activity all night. They had just checked in.The hotel was nowhere near being even half full. I counted 12 cars in the parking lot. We were made to feel that we weren't welcome, but the construction crew and their 60 day booking were. We were also told by the staff that because we booked with a third party (Expedia) they were making no money on our room. Expedia did refund our money for the 3rd night. Thank you for that. One other thing. A male staff member was very nice to us when we checked in. I asked him a question later on in the day and because he was off the clock, he said for me to go ask someone at the desk. It was a phony hospitality.

I received a call from the hotel saying that a pillow was missing and that I would be charged $25. The pillows that were in the room when I arrived were the same ones when I left. .

Pros: read above
Cons: t.v. remote
Location: we had a blizzard during our stay so we couldn't get out much
the check in was quick and easy. The lobby was large and very elaborate looking. We were impressed by how quite it was at all times.T he room was great, plenty of room,we made good use of the hot tub.The only down side was the t.v. remote.we could not scroll through the channels or get information on a show.It was very time consuming looking for a show to watch.

Cold start

Posted Feb 17, 2015
During check-in told room was ready, but forgot to tell us no heat until you check-in. Room was a cozy 47 degrees, welcome to Quality Inn. Other then the icy start, bed a little to hard for me and my wife, everything else very good.
