All staff exceptionally friendly. At the one happy hour we attended, they served a homemade soup that was delicious. Breakfast was good, the omelettes better than the scrambled eggs with potatoes. Plenty of other choices. Very clean.

Our stay at Staybridge was excellent. Each member of the staff was friendly and personable. Our room was in great order and clean. It was a great accommodation for our 5 day/4 night stay. Only complaint, but one which will make us think about before we stay again: there is a smoking post immediately to the left of the front doors of the hotel and under the overhang. Several folks used this area to smoke so entering and exiting the hotel was unpleasant and unhealthy due to smoke and smoking odors at the front doors. Was really surprised that any business would allow smoking by the front doors - even though it was outside.

Every staff member I encountered during our stay was extremely friendly and willing to serve. The breakfast was spectacular with so many options and the suites were roomy, well stocked, and very clean. The only thing that could be improved was the temperature of the pool-- it was very cold. Overall FANTASTIC experience and we will visit again.

hotel is run down. holes in doors, tile missing, mattress hard-no pillow topper. floor was dirty. asked for a fan-no fans. windows don't open. air conditioner was luke warm/cold.

Weve stayed at numerous Staybridge Hotels and this one was by far NOT the most pleasant. The 1st room was so overpowered with floral spray or some sort of air freshner it was intoxicating. There was some sort of reddish brown stain /drops on the carpet near the restroom . When we went to the desk to switch rooms the gentlemen were very nice which is why i gave the higher star rating but we learned they allow pets to stay at the hotel which is beyond disturbing. Then our first breakfast experience included 2 random bums from outside that decided to help themselves to free breakfast, heat, and free tv. When we went to the desk to ask about them we were told "yeah they come in everyday". The one female bum was loading her pockets and bags up with all the food. Not quite sure why they would be allowed to make paying customers feel so uncomfortable and nothi g be done about it. Probably will not stay here again.

Lots of damage in the rooms when we checked in, worst of all being no safety lock on the door so anyone with a key to the door could come in at any point, and especially bad is that our four year old could open the door so I had trouble sleeping worried that she'd mistake the door and leave the room in the middle of the night. Was told that someone would fix it before we left but that never happened.

Property was great. Staff was especially helpful since expedia booked us a room that didn't match the pictures on the site. Expedia was hard to get customer support. The staff, especially Aaron, upgraded us and he and the other staff were very attentive to our plight and our needs. I will consider Staybridge on more of my trips, but I will never use expedia again.

Great hotel, black mold in bathroom
Hotel was nice. Bathroom had a lot of black mold on the ceiling.because of football game in area not a lot of rooms available. The mold was pretty bad

Very nice hotel! Rooms could use some updates - floors were cracked, televisions are small with limited channels, shower very slippery and beds are not the most comfortable! The room size was great and very clean. Breakfast selection was decent. Overall good place to stay!

I was disappointed with the staff. While in the room appointed us, a stranger attempted to enter the room (#228). The reason the desk manager gave was not satisfactory. The key that were given to my husband and myself worked in order for us to enter the room. However, the stranger was given a key to the same room in which we were housed. I feel that a refund is deserved for this inconvenience. Our privacy and wellbeing was definitely invaded.

The fact that the pool was not working and the whole reason we infect booked the suite kinda killed this stay right out the gate. By the time we were informed the pool was closed (no email / no txt, not until checking in) everywhere else was booked in the area. Felt kinda trapped with no where else to stay.

It was a port in a storm
We really like the Staybridge Hotels so we were pleased to find one in Elkhart. We arrived in a major storm so we’re grateful for the quick check-in. The location was convenient off the toll-road. Breakfast was the typical No-frills hotel fare. Lobby was crowded and noisy upon arrival & check-out.

Second time at this hotel in a month, both times heard that the pool would be open in a couple days. Otherwise, the stay was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed the room. Very spacious. We were expecting a smaller room, but appreciated the upgrade. The pool was nice, but the chlorine was a little high.
