The jacuzzi tub leaked and there was not enough hot water to fill the tub. The toilet was really loose and wobbly.

Ample, convenient parking, on outskirts of town in a non-commercial are yet by going around a curve there is sufficient shopping and restaurants.

The room we had on the first night was unfit for human habitation. Not enough time or room to describe the filth and condition. We asked for another room for our second reserved night and were given a better room which was not great but acceptable plus they upgraded us to queen beds. Avoid this place and any other owned by the same owner. A few Super 8's remain nice (trust your own familiarity with them) but overall this chain continues to deteriorate.

This was the worst 2 nights I’ve ever had. I went to the Notre Dame game and this was the closest I could get. We found a used condom in the bed, told the staff and they just grabbed gloves, picked it up and didn’t even apologize. The shower barely had pressure, there was something like a tooth or something in the sink. The bed and pillows were hard and horrible. The pillows looked like belonged on a toddler bed they were so small. This place needs ownership/ management or condemned. Maybe Wyndham needs to look at their chains before they put their name on it. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle.

The location was fine. The exterior of the building was fine. The female employee clerking that night was friendly and accomodating. The interior of the building and lobby area was outdated and in need of repairs...paint, plaster patching, soap,eg. The room was a sewer. Dirty, smelly. cracks in the walls and tiles..never ending. The bed skirt had large chunks of what appeared to be dried rotting fruit on it If weren't on such a tight schedule we would have changed hotels. Shameful...

You get what you pay for.
The bed was horrible. Pillows were small enough for dolls and on request of extra pillows given one because there weren’t anymore. Continental breakfast was a joke. Horrible store-bought snack cakes and no fruit. Door cards did not work the next morning. I guess you get what you pay for.

No check-in person available, lady was screaming in some back room to get someone to the counter. Three minutes later someone arrived that I could barely understand. Then it felt like the check-in process took far too long. No facility updates for a very long time is evident. Breakfast items were limited and nothing but sugar loaded options. NO decaffeinated coffee, and regular coffee dispenser was empty, re-filled quickly but not until clerk heard me continually trying to pump the coffee. Bathroom was dirty and stained. I will NOT return to a Super 8 for a very long time!

Very clean!
This hotel was extremely clean, the room and bed very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The manager was very nice. Ny o ly criticism is the free breakfast was extremely sparse compared to other hotels offering breakfast. We had 2 kinds of cold cereal, a small pastry and coffee. That was it. Not a big deal as comfort and cleanliness is a bigger deal for me.

Clean room and a decent bed. Good coffee and the pastry was a good grab and go breakfast. Guests with a pet should really be on the ground floor. My dog doesn't do well with stairs and there is no elevator and I was on the second floor. We managed but not the best situation.

The rooms have a shower that was impossible for my wife to ride to discern how to use. It’s very upsetting when you get up in the morning to take a shower and there’s some complicated system that is impossible to figure out.
