Great HotelPosted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: location, nice and clean room
Cons: customer service
me and my partner stayed in double room for 3 nights and the hotel was almost perfect. located in center of town, the owner lady was nice and accommodating. breakfast was also great, room was beautifully decorated and big enough to feel comfort. don't walk from train/ bus station. taxi only costs little. we will definitely stay here again.

Ceske KrumlovPosted Oct 25, 2013
Nice little hotel. Parking is out of the city center, so you have to walk in. We had a triple room which was clean and roomie. No TV in the room, but had wi-fi. Restaurant was closed for the season, but had a small breakfast in the lobby.

Friendly Owner and Centrally LocatedPosted Oct 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
Super nice owner who shuttled us to the secured parking lot for our car. Provided us coffee while we registered. Hotel is centrally located, surrounded by souvenir shops and restaurants. Only issue was the internet was not working.

Worst hotel ever! Overpriced for what you get. Don't stay at Hotel Adalbert!Posted Aug 4, 2010
The Hotel Adalbert is drammatically overpriced for what you get especially with the selection of lovely hotels in Cesky Krumlov at the same price. What a mistake! In addition, in the Expedia ad they advertise a shutle to Linz and Vienna, Austria train station, which they don't have. This was the reason I booked with them. When I found out they supplied no such shuttle, we had to scramble to find transportaton to Linz train staion. The room was dusty and dark .There was no soap in the room and when I ask the male counterpart of the innkeeper for soap, he insisted that he had put soap in the room and when I told him there was no soap he gave me an argument and then finally said " I'll have to check" .The water pressure in the shower was like a trickle. The bed was like that of a pullout sofa and sagged in the center. The matress was very thin and lumpy. The breakfast (which was completely inadequate) consisted of some stale bread and hard boiled eggs and some chesse and you had to beg for a second cup of tea or coffee. I know European breakfast are not like American breakfasts, but this was ridiculous. My husband and I are world travellers but we have never experienced anything as bad as this on any level! The entire inn was very dark and even in the light of day you couldn't see where you were going when making your way through the hall back to your room. In Altogether a very bad experience! I suggest Expedia take Hotel Adalbert off it's list of offerings.
