Staff was friendly and helpful; the room was large and clean, the location easily accessible to Burlington, and the buffet breakfast each morning very helpful to getting started for the day.

“Great Location”

We were visiting the UVM campus. The location of hotel was perfect. We also had a couple of days of skiing so the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was nice to get our day started.

“You can't go wrong here.”

We spent a week in July visiting family. We were 100% happy. The breakfast was actually so good, we ate there everyday rather than go out. Staff friendly and efficient. Our TV died and a new one was provided within minutes. Very clean and very close to everything there is to do in Burlington and Shelburne. Minutes to the airport. The on property restaurant was good, but upscale. Other choices very close.

“Out of the Way”

This place is only a little out of the way to downtown Burlington, but they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I couldn't get a dial tone on the phone except when using the speaker but they were receptive when I mentioned it and tended to it right away. There's a nicer restaurant next door and a really good sushi place down the street. My only complaint is that I got in late evening (9:00) on a weekday so my dinner choices that night were Denny's or pizza. Didn't have time to use the pool but saw many who did and it looked nice.

“Fine, but expensive on UVM Parents' weekend”

The hotel was just fine--clean and comfortable. The front desk manager gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Since it was Parents' weekend at UVM, the room was pricy though!!

“Excelent option for staying in Burlington.”

We found that evrything was excellent since we arrived, the van that pick us up, the lady that received us, the room was perfect, excent breakfast nad the lady that attend us for breakfast wss very sweet and courteus with us. Congratulations!!!

“Good hotel for the money”

Stayed here for a wedding and were pleased with the service at the front desk. Very friendly and willing to provide dining recommendations. We were disappointed with the breakfast. We were not told that it ended at 9:30. Despite arriving at 9:35, we were told by the staff that it was over. We had to practically beg to grab just a muffin from the counter. The breakfast staff was not very accomodating. The room was clean and we endjoyed having access to the pool. Although the pool area was relatively clean, I think we could do a better job scrubbing the floor (saw a little mildew). Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and the price.
