“very nice hotel but bad front desk”

hotel design and decor is nice, elegant and relaxing. pool is big enough with good lightning. very good restaurant with a good service.fast check out. the major negative thing is the front desk people who are not smiling or welcoming at all.We arrived at 11:00 pm,they refused to check in my wife and my sleeping kid (while i was parking the car) inspite presenting expedia reservation voucher and the credit card because the reservation was at my name. the reception guy ask me about a photo ID in a rood manner as if he was an immigration officer. (first time to see this). i think the admnistration has to revise their front desk policy.

“Sheraton Burlington”

The hotel was a great place to stay. They were eloquently decorated for the xmas season but not over decorated like many other hotels. Our stay was very enjoyable.

“Second Visit”

The hotel dining, pool and computer area is just lovely, with open space, and soaring ceilings ,fountains and comfortable seating areas that are private, even in a large space. All the photographs are black and white on pale yellow walls and capture the beauty of Vermont. The lobby is lovely with a huge welcoming fireplace and big wingback chairs. The staff are very pleasent and helpful with directions for getting around the city.The rooms were comfortable and clean but there was an odor of mildew at the window where some of the wallpaper had gotten damp and was peeling away from the sill. The screens were not in good shape but we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. This is the second time staying there. This time for pleasure and the other time for a conference. The conference space is great. The proximity to the University and city life is walkable or use of bus system. The hotel staff will drive you to airport which is only five minutes away. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

“Very nice”

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, it was very comfortable, the beds and the room size. I was traveling with a 3 yr old and a 4 month old. They were really nice with getting us a crib and a roll away bed. The restaurant is excellent, they had just trained a 19 yr old chef and he did an awesome job, as our food was delicious. Do try the seafood chowder! Our only beef: no valet parking, it's not that far but with 2 kids it would have been helpful. But all in all, we loved our stay!

the pillows were absolutely the finest pillows that I have ever used. I'm looking to buy some of the same for myself!

“UVM MOM”

I have stayed here 3 times while visiting my son who goes to UVM. The location couldn't be more convenient. Good Service and comfortable anc clean rooms. I have never eaten in the restuarants, but did order room service which was delicioius.

“Great stay”

The Sheraton was quite comfortable and the staff helpful & friendly. The shuttle service was very convenient and the drivers even picked guests up from downtown restaurants after dinner.

“Would definately stay here again”

Bed,pillows, and linens so comfy at the end of a long drive. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Everything you would expect from a Sheraton. Reminded me of Boston, Ma. Location is perfect.

“Comfortable convenience”

This hotel was very comfortable in atmosphere and hospitality. The room was clean and warm. The location was fabulously close to the airport and the university hospital. The business center was not well set up and could have used some attention, there was no one to ask for assistance with technical problems when the printer broke down. The gift shop was small and did not have a large variety of the item frequently needed by a business traveler. Over all, the staff were great and the stay was very satisfactory.
