Good for a short stay.

We were in Burlington for a short stay. The Hotel was easy to locate. University Mall and Church Street were near driving distance. Room was adequate for the rate paid. Breakfast was C-. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was neat & clean, staff was friendly, the free breakfast had enough variety to satisfy my 2 picky eaters, & the free wifi worked

Drive a bit and go elsewhere for the same price

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Location - that's about all.
Cons: Fix the issues I outlined in my experience.
Location: Close to the universities and colleges.
Wall paint was peeling. Non operational hot tub was in the corner of the room (front desk confirmed there was no power switch). Hot water pipes in the shower rattled like power tools being used at a construction zone, almost embarrassing loud. Front door lock was hard to engage. Door did not seal completely (light shined in around the entire bottom - must be breezy during it really gets cold out. Poor quality for the price.

Over priced

This is not a 3 start facility. The rooms were very small and furnishings were sparse at best. No clock,no radio, no iron or hair dryer. One room had no place to hang cloths.

Overrated Hotel

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Free Internet and Free breakfast a bit of a scam. Wifi very slow and spotty at best. Breakfast area way too small to accommodate the number of rooms. A single toaster! Just very annoying if you ask me. Had to wait inline to get a bagel toasted.

Easy access

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Easy access, clean
Cons: Outside could be painted
Location: Shopping was close by and easy to get down to waterfront.
Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful. Full breakfast which was nice as you did not have to go elsewhere .

Ok for a night or two

The hotel was right off the main road and you heard a lot of traffic. The pool over looked the road so that was not inviting. There was a problem with the hot water. In the morning when everyone was showering you would hear the loud banging from the pipes. While showering the pipes would start banging and the water pressure would decrease. i was still able to finish my shower but it was not pleasing. If you wanted a quick one night stay while traveling to somewhere else I would say it was fine but i would not suggest that you stay there long. It was close to shopping, movies etc.
