“We will be back ASAP!!”

The pictures and reviews that we had read about Punta Serena was every bit true. The pictures that you see on the web are everything and more that you will see once you get there. The food is good and plentiful as we enjoyed being served at every meal rather than a buffet style. The C/O was great as it was our first time but had no problem warming up the it for myself and my wife. The beach was secluded and the most people we ever saw at any time were 5 to 6 couples the entire week. We cannot wait to go back soon as this will be a yearly trip as we are already looking to book the next trip with another couple.

“Perfect!”

This is paradise!! the location, the staff, the ocean and private!! We just got back from a week at Punta Serena, we love it! the staff is wonderful, the place very peaceful and the views are incredible! This is the place to relax and enjoy..... this is not the place for travelers looking for party place... this is pure relaxation! WE LOVE IT!!!

“Heaven”

Punta Serena is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are very basic but quite comfortable. The food is so-so but the drinks are plentiful. If you want to relax and reconnect with your partner, this is a perfect place. This was our fifth trip to Punta Serena and we plan to go at least one a year!

“WONDERFULL PARADISE”

Punta serena is the correct resort if you are looking for a secret paradise, you can rest, you can enyoy the nude beach,you can enyoy the landscape, the sunset, no one is going to bother you, the food is excelent. It was really amazing

“Very beautiful and very sexy.”

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were exceptional. Food was OK but they need to change the menu more often. Rooms need update / refurbishment. Could use some quest activities ( boat trips, shopping trip, etc )

“When do we Return?”

This is our second trip to this resort and will not be the last. The location can't be beat, the staff is ever so polite and friendly, and, where else can you go "clothing optional" in such a spectacular setting.

“Not Impressed”

The place, the view and location is perfect but the service needs to be improved. Not easy to arrive to the hotel, the taxi is little bit expensive. The room did not look clean, the furniture is old and needs maintenance. The towels were old and did not look the cleanest. The beach is beautiful and very private, we loved the pool and the Jacuzzis. The food was very good. The bartender and waitresses did not pay attention to the guests.

“Not impressed / Expected more”

Hotel is adults only; Hotels view were beautiful; Hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms need a bit more cleaning; hotel is on top of a hill so if you plan on going to the beach you must walk down the stairs that lead to the beach, after a while you will get tired of walking back and forth; If you just like to lounge around then this is your place; Staff were friendly; Food was average nothing to say WOW

“This was our 6th visit to Punta Serena!”

Punta Serena is absolutely beautiful. The service is wonderful! We especially love Mary, Jose Luis Flores, Javier, Rolando and the entire crew. The security guard, David, always had a smile and was always helpful. We go to Punta Serena because we love doing nothing but relaxing in the sun and reading. We would get up and go out to the pool between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Check our email (the internet works great) to check on the kids and have our first drink of the day! Around 11:00 we would order guacamole, chips, and pico de gallo. There is nothing better than lounging around au natural with no pressure and no worries. By 3:00 or 4:00 we were down in the jacuzzi. Absolutely lovely! There are whales, dolphins, and flamingos. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the grilled garlic shrimp is the best. We can't wait to go back again next January!
