“Beautiful Resort with Activities”
Great reso
“We'd go back”
The Royal Suites portion of the Pallidium Vallarta offers an extremely nice vacation with its suites, pool and restaurant on one side of the resort. The rest of the resort is very accessible and fun, with an adults pool on the opposite side of the resort from the Royal Suites and the main pool in the middle. Three additional restaurants besides the main buffet, however only 2 were open at any time while we were there in Feb 2011. The resort was less than 50% full which made it easy for any reservations.
“Very bad service at the hotel Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa - All Inclusive”
I do not recommend the hotel Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa - All Inclusive because it gives very poor service.
“Mexico Getayay”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is about 45 minutes from downtown Malecon. The hotel staff is amazing and the food is wonderful. The views are amazing and activities at the hotel are fun. It is a great resort for a family or a honeymoon couple!
“Needs some work”
Hotel was in a great spot, wonderful views. However, the food was marginal and the service was just OK. They shut down the bar by the adult pool at 9, but the pool was open until 12. Didn't make sense. Rooms and the hotel in general needed a lot of work.
“Best vacation ever”
We read many of the negative reviews before we left, but this resort was unbelievable. The food was great, the service was excellent, and we even had perfect weather. This resort is 30 minutes away from Puerta Vallarta but this was ok with us as it is in a secluded area and you do not feel like you are vacationing in the middle of a tourist trap.
“Nice place but the food is terrible!”
The environment of the hotel is great. The beach is beautiful, the pools are nice..they had fun shows, the rooms were comfortable. However, the food was just terrible. The buffet food was often cold. The quality of the meats, cheeses, salads...even the a la carte restaurants. If they could get the food issue in line, it would be a really nice spot because it's right in front of a nice surf break. Either improve the food or give guests the options of eating out at least for dinner.
