Summer vacations 2015Posted Jul 12, 2015
So many answers with NO or you can no do it or we do not have it. We received a visitor only to pick us upand he could not go to Lobby to wait for us, he has to wait on the street before cross security and we have to walk out to meet him. No mint to make mojitos. information about outside activities are not accurate.

Nice, secluded hotel with aggressive sales peoplePosted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: The room and resort ground.
Cons: The sales people is too aggressive with their tactics, the resort needs to tone it down.
The property is beautiful and the ground is well maintained. However, we were constantly harassed by the aggressive sale staff about attending their membership presentation, which was extremely annoying. We declined at least 3 times and ended up spending more time off the property to avoid the sale pitch.

Nice place but not for mePosted Jul 7, 2015
There's nothing wrong with this one hotel. It had all the requirements of any other place. The things I liked: Located by the beach, has a big pool, a nice room with a kitchen, lots of security at the entrance. Did not like: 1. As is the case in many places you could waist a day dealing with the time share vendors. Believe me they try very hard to get you. In my opinion you don't save any money from buying a time share and why pay 12% interest rate? Say no and hit the pool. 2. No free Wifi except for a courtesy room. If you want to stay in touch with the world from your room it will cost you $10 U.S. /day. 3. It's a bit too isolated for my taste and could be difficult or time consuming to get to other places during the busy season. 4. Not really the hotels problem but many of puerto Vallarta cab drivers claim to not have change. If you pick one at the hotel you will be given a price so make sure they get change before you depart. If I return I would rather stay in puerto Vallarta. This place is located in Nuevo vallarta which is too isolated for my taste.

DO NOT PAY FOR ALL-INCLUSIVEPosted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: Very clean and beautiful with great views.
Cons: Change the resort an all inclusive or not resort. Not a combination of the two. Stop all of the people selling stuff on the beach. Pick 1 day a week.
Location: 20 min or less to the airport. Plenty of places to shop and eat close by in a small town called Bucerias. You can walk but I'd take a cheap taxi.
This was a trip for our 10th wedding anniversary and all we wanted was to relax and have fun at the beach. We didn't get either one at this resort. When you first check in you are suppose to meet with a concierge to help you with your hotel stay, but that's not why you meet with them. They are signing you up for a time share meeting but you don't know that until later. And if you say no like we did you are constantly pestered. If you want a relaxing day at the beach you will not get it. We were constantly bothered by vendors walking up and down the beach on the resorts property every 15 minutes at least. And the resort seemed okay with it. Everyday the same people with the same things for sale. It got old very fast. The resort is very beautiful and clean with great views. But was hard to enjoy with these annoyances everyday. And lastly Do Not Get the All Inclusive Package!! Not worth it even if you eat and drink a lot. Luckily we read reviews here and decided not to purchase. Thanks to those reviews we saved half or more of the cost of the all inclusive package. There is an onsite market and deli to buy drinks and food too. Buy your drinks there!!

Excellent hotel but poor servicePosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: View and hotel facilities.
Cons: Front desk service and room service.
Overall hotel is 5/5 but the stuff behavior is not up to the mark. Especially one of the front desk representative was very very rude even when the mistake was at hotel's end. I reach hotel at 2:30 pm for check in. Room wasnt ready by the and they asked us to wait for 30 min. By 3pm they requested us to take lunch so that they can finish the room cleaning but when we came back at 3:45 the room wasnt ready yet. Front desk representative was such a non sense person that he said we only guarantee check in by 3pm but we dont guarantee that your room will be ready. With a very rude behavior he said at 4pm that you room will be ready in next 20 min. But then we contacted manager on duty and she changed our room and gave us another one which was ready. Apart from this bad experience hotel is superb.

Great service, family friendly, right on beachPosted May 31, 2015
Pros: Family friendly, excellent service
Cons: Food was good, lunch options by pool were great. Dinner options were a bit limited.
Location: Puerto Vallarta is a 15-20 minute cab ride, downtown Bucerias is a 5-10 minute cab ride. Lots of options to book excursions (Dolphins, horses, etc)
Great service from pool side waiters (Reynaldo & Jorge), kids'activites coordinator Sue is the best. Rooms have nice view of pool and ocean, newer resort.

Almost Perfect...Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: we liked the pool, the beach, and the staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable
Cons: They need to quit being so aggressive, on selling time shares, when you say no, that should be enough the first time
The only negative thing that I can say about the resort is they need to quit pushing time shares on you. Everywhere we went, even on the beach, they tried to get us to go to a time share meeting. I didn't go there to buy something, I wanted to go on stress free vacation. Everything else was great!
