I’ve stayed here a few times before years ago. Wow what an absolute dump it has become. The key card would not work in the outer door which meant we had to keep trying and trying and it was poorly lit. Then the we got to the room after 5 minutes of trying only to find the room door would not open right away as some people walked through the halls, which were filthy, watching us try, smoking. We had two young teens with me and it was really nerve wracking to have people see you can’t get into the building or your room. Then, guess what…the toilet did not work so with four people in the room that was not fun. The front of the office outside had garbage strewn everywhere by the can. The inside where you check in had food on the carpet and an overflowing bin. I felt bad for the person behind the desk who was alone but they gave awful directions to the room so I had to drive back and ask again where the room actually was- only to have all the aforementioned trouble getting in. I’m sad to see it so unsafe and decrepit. It used to be bare bones, but clean and never felt unsafe, and a good price. Either shut it down or clean it up. I will never stay here again.

The only complaint is that one of the key cards didn’t work and we had to get it reset twice. We may have erased it the second time by putting it next to the magnetic charger for our iPhone but who knows. They promptly and cheerfully reset it.

The room we were given was still dirty! Pee in the toilet, muck in the bathtub, dirty towels, sticky countertops… when we called to let them know, they put us in a new room… a downgraded room… with no remorse or refund. On top of that, the pool is broken - and the hallways were visibly dirty everywhere we went. As if they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. I thought for sure we were going to catch something. Nasty place.

The hotel is in poor condition and desperately needs updating. The bathroom in particular was in rough shape. We had to change rooms because there was either filth or rust in the bathtub, and the room was generally unclean. The hallways were dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. Overall, not a great stay.

Great spot, convenient location and comfortable rooms. The hotel could use an update as some of the rooms are a bit run down, but they are clean and functional. Overall, would recommend for those looking to stay in the Pioneer Valley at a great value. You can’t beat the proximity to I-91!

Beds were quite comfortable. We had trouble with our door keys...sometimes they did not work, sometimes we could jiggle them to get them to work. Had to replace them 3 times. Toilet seat was very loose.

This is a budget hotel. We stayed one night and it was adequate for our needs. The room was clean, and the staff fiendly.. but as I say .. a budget hotel. Overall .. attention to detail was lacking. There was a used washcloth in our room. Also, the bracket that held the shower was broken and was 'fixed' using a stick on hook. Budget motel or not, I am sure they could have afforded to fix the shower properly. Still .. for the price I satisfied... I mention these things so you can decide for yourself if you want to stay here.

Customer service is subpar and down right inconsiderate. Rooms are passable but don’t expect any experience beyond someone giving you a card to a room that at least had a bed. This is probably a best case scenario. Book with your expectations aligned.

I arrived approx. 1:45pm and I was informed that I would be charged $25.00 for an early check-in. It said nothing on the site about that. I also was given a handicapped room, I was told I requested it, which I didn't. I have used Red Roof before and didn't have these problems. Most likely will not be using these folks again.
