Superb beach side resort in South Goa :)Posted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: Loved the way the whole property is maintained.. One can spend 2 whole days xploring the resort and njy food in all the lovely restaurents inside
Cons: I think thy should allow outside cabs in the vicinity. Currently there is a tie up with some union that charges exhorbitant rates for small trips!
Location: Excellent location and amazing well maintained property with a fantabulous beach :)
Experience was juz superb!! Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Widespread varieties in the bfast buffet and an equally widespread lunch n dinner.. they have a superb quiet beach which is very clean and saved from the outside crowd hence you can spend a quality family time at ease..One more thing which i loved is the kids room that they have and also the activities that they conduct for kids. .You can leave your kid in the kids room (which has an attendent whole day to manage kids of all ages) which provides loads and loads of activities for children ... The only thing that i didnt like is the commuting issue.. If you want to go out of the resort and xplore other parts of goa, you need to have your own vehicle.. 'coz first of all the resort is very much interior and secondly if you choose their vehicle/cab they charge xhorbitantly high even for a smaller trip.. They dont allow cabs like fast track, city taxi's or even auto's near the resort and hence you are left with no choice but to choose their own vehicles.. You do get scooters on hire just outside the resort - Activa/dio etc is available for 300 (8 hours) and a bike is available for 500 (8 hours)... Nearest beach is Colva and Benaulum they have water sports and para sailing activities.. All in all a wonderful place to spend 2-3 days (but with your own vehicle) :)

Property is designed well but rundownPosted Oct 9, 2013
Stayed for 3 days...property designed well but rundown...maintenance is shoddy...staff is well meaning buy ill trained...in terms of facilities/design its about a 4.5 stars and in terms of upkeep perhaps a 3.5 star property. Italian restaurant and room service food was excellent...but the breakfast buffet wasnt good

A fantastic stay ever I had so farPosted Oct 7, 2013
Cons: Casino: It is preferable to have a non-smoking area. They got only Roulette as major game. They can keep one board separately in non-smoking room.
Location: It is located a bit far from airport. Though you can come here with a reasonable taxi charges, return to airport are quite expensive (>150% of actual)
Food is great, Room is great, SPA is great, Pool is the largest I have ever seen in India. Staff is always friendly. They never say no for anything. It was a fantastic stay for 4 days. I never felt bored there. They got a private beach, where we can relax on beach beds. I definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will not hesitate to think twice to choose this hotel again when I am in Goa. Exceptional quality of food with multiple restaurants and extensive choices are available there. I never able to taste all the dishes there in buffets, as they got so many varieties and all I tasted were succulent. Food is expensive, but worth for money. All in all it is fantastic.

Go for the Pool!Posted Sep 18, 2013
we were a group of 4 couples & visited during july '13. got an excellent deal on the web. the price was great and our experience was superb, excellent value for our money. pros: superb pool - biggest in goa, meandering, right in front of our rooms the pool had direct access from each of our rooms. if any of us were trying to reach each other, we would either be in the room or the pool! good resort, very good facilities & games good & clean beach but slightly away - walk about 0.5km rooms were good - we got superior rooms a few decent restaurants outside the resort and a few vehicle hire places available cons: staff attitude not pleasing. everyone thought we were on a free trip. smiles were not seen at all. front desk manager totally rude, unhelpful and even more attitude. pool staff behaved like lords, needed lot of convincing and time to just get water balls from them! food super expensive! taxi prices also expensive quality of food could be much better. you wouldn't go there for the food but manage with it. rooms had a back door entry to the pool directly but the back door couldn't be locked and hence slightly inconvenient. nearby: colva beach is a bit away but accessible by hired 2/4 wheelers or expensive taxis rest of goa is all away & requires a plan of half-full day public transport ruled out. overall: we would definitely go there (again) for the price (monsoon), room, pool & beach - with pals only.

Only choose if you want to remain secludedPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Construction and Beach
Cons: Taste of food in the hotel
Location: nothing to do near by... totally secluded place
Hotel is good, rooms are perfect, there is lot to do with in resort premises like golf, swimming, jogging, badminton, casino etc. Beach is good however for the entire off season beach activities are nil and there is nothing to do on beach. Hotel is far off from any nice place and there is nothing really to see or do in South Goa, so if you are visiting Goa to enjoy Goa then do not take any hotel in South Goa and take hotels of North Goa. Place is only good to visit if you are visiting Goa to just relax and be in peace. Hotel food is also not good, it is hygienic but you will not get good taste as every where else in Goa....
