“Good Budget Hotel”

We just stayed there for one night because it was close to Dumont.

“not impressed”

We found bedbugs crawling on our bedding. Internet connection sucked, very low signal or no signal. Hairdryer wasn't working. Breakfast consisted of small bagels, cream cheese, mini cinnamon rolls, orange juice, coffee, and cereal that was more crumbs than cereal. They stop at 10 am exactly so you better move swiftly to get some food. No 24 hour coffee as advertised. You must use public transportation to get into the city at a current cost of 3.40 a person, not a shuttle. Coffee maker in room had no coffee or no pots to use it. Would also be helpful if they had staff that spoke English. We asked for extra towels and pillows and got attitude. 4 people in one room and only 3 sets of towels.

toilet broke and was transfer to a new room. staff was kind off on how many days i booked, they tried to have us out on a saturday when i booked until sunday.

“Needs Improvement”

This hotel is adequate for its task, serving near-airport customers cheaply, but the furniture in my room had scratch marks, the air-conditioner worked only partially, and it was a bit degraded in appearance. The bed and useful furnishings were okay.

“Bad Motel”

Receptionist did not want to give me room I signed up for. Motel was runned down and not very clean. would not stay there again.

“Great example of - Do not stay here”

Horrible experience. Spider nets on the ceilings, 2 huge holes (2-3 inches wide, ~1 inch deep) on so called TV stand, 3-legged microwave oven, dirty linen (replaced by request), holes in the bedspreads, smell (odor) even we did ordered non-smoking room. Reserved it for two nights - but decided to move out after one night. Unable to have money back for unused night- hotel owner refused to give a refund saying it's a company policy. Free wi-fi - yes, but signal is pretty weak so I can use it for about 50-60 minutes.

“Don't Stay here”

Found hotel conditions to be very poor, rooms smelled and not clean. Then told by police at midnight to stay away as this is in a very bad area!!

“i will never go back there again”

I requested for a non-smoking room. When i entered the room i could smell the smoke. The room looked really old, TV barely worked, the bathroom was really small. The bedsheets had holes in them and they were really old. Even if they offered me a free night i will not go back to that place ever again.

“HOTEL CLOSED”

As of 7/9/2011 the Hotel Was Closed - Red township notice on door deeming the building unsafe. I had to be relocated.
