“trip to Richmond”

“Good Experience”

There was quite a few of us in this hotel for a funeral. The desk clerk was very nice in letting all of us have a late check out time since the funeral was not until 2PM.

“Hamptons Inn on a Sunday”

“Good stay except for the mattress”

We stayed at the HI for one night. As a favor to the clerk we traded our 2 queens for a king because they had overbooked them. Unfortunately the king mattress was badly in need of replacement as we rolled to the center. Other than that we had a good stay. All of the staff were excellent. Others in our party were happy with their mattresses. We reported it to the front desk so hopefully they will fix the problem. Our room was 315.
