Good value for the price but disappointing in two ways: the elevator was broken and the spa stop functioning after 2 days and was not fixed for the rest of the week.

This stay was not worth the cheap price. The pool and hot tub were ok for the first 3 nights but then the hot tub was close for the next three nights. The elevator was out of service the entire week and I’m guessing it’s been out for a while. Each morning we had to wipe our table before we could sit down and eat the meagre breakfast, we never saw the staff cleaning or resupplying and had to ask for everything that was out. Poorly run.

Our curtains didn’t close all the way. Some of the bracket holders were missing so we had to use hair clips and ponytail holders to rig them up so nobody could see in the room while we were sleeping. The police were in the parking lot at 2am with their strobe lights on and the siren smh
