We have stayed here a number of times and this is the first time we have had anything negative to say. We were disturbed by noisy guests in the adjacent room. It seems that rooms with a connecting door can hear everything that goes on in the room next door. So unless you are with someone I would definitely request to have a room with no connecting door. There appeared to be no sound proofing at all we could hear everything. Unfortunately they were up all night and had very loud voices.

Great location! Spectacular floor to ceiling views. Walking distance to Grant Park, Roosevelt station a few blocks away, bus stop at front door. Great neighborhood restaurants, Go Grocer entrance in the lobby, Trader Joes, Jewel-Osco, Walgreens,Target, and movie theater all within walking distance. Safe neighborhood, secure building. 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath, plenty of room for six adults. Love having a full kitchen and laundry room for a week long stay. 7th floor has pretty decent workout room, vending machines, outdoor pool and grills. We stayed for 7 days and this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend getting a multi day metro card. We rarely waited longer than 10 minutes for a bus outside the front door. Taxis always available as well. The people we rented from provided great information about the apartment before we arrived and were good about responding to phone calls or email questions while we were there.

My stay was great. Facilities were welcoming and comfortable. The Inn Keeper and wife are gracious and charming. They made my stay enjoyable under the difficult circumstances that brought me to Chicago.
