The legacy golf resort is not anything like is advertised. The place is small, the night staff is rude and a surprise high deposit of at least $300 are the only things awaiting. Do not book here.
Outdated bathroom not clean. Loud noise througout night from old ac system. There were the same old water bottles on ground outside ice machine for two days straight that noone bothered to throw away.
Very nice course, pool, lodging and guest services on golf course!

This place was average to below average. Beautiful grounds and very well kept. Room was clean. On the downside, the walls were super thin, it was easy to hear neighbors snoring or having conversations. The toiletries, linens, towels, etc were are cheap. Bathtub/shower was very small. Everything just needs a modern update to fall into a ‘resort’ property

Great access to spring training games and airport. But beware- this is a Wydham resort which includes the pressures to sign up for timeshare. For $40 (yes they charge you) they will inconvenience you and your spouse with high pressure sales pitches about how great their timeshare group is.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations all hours of the night.
This hotel called the morning we where to check in and informed us that they where bumping us and we had to find a new hotel last minute that had availability that day!!!
We had just landed in Phoenix after a 4 hour flight that morning and didn’t know the area at all. I had booked this hotel 5 months ago and they called the morning of!! So unprofessional!!! No way will we every book with this hotel again
Room was clean and had about everything you could need. The facility was beautiful. Staff was informative and accommodating during our stay. Overall a great experience.
Nice accommodation with everything we needed for our vacation. Close to the Phoenix airport.

There is a great venue next door to the resort called The Farm that would have been great to be able to walk to it.
Vending machines never seemed to work and were always out of water.
No dining places or even a convenient store for necessities. Hard to get around or go back and forth to the main office if you don’t have a car. Basically you feel you are in middle of no where if you are staying there for few days!!
We loved the heated pool and ambiance of the pool area. All the food we tried was excellent. Beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed pickleball and shuffle board. Staff was very accommodating. We plan to return.
The property is centrally located to shopping and trails. The amenities: pool, barbeques, restaurant and bar are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All in all a great place to stay
Nice resort, a little expensive, aRooms have thin walls, you can hear people talking in each room , plumbing noises all day and night, but beautiful pool
The property was beautifully maintained, very clean. Our room was clean and convenient, the pool was warm and well maintained, and would stay again. The walls are quite thin in the rooms, so you hear your neighbours.

Really liked the resort vibe but being away from the city. The morning glory down the street at the farm was amazing. The pool could be open later or the resort could offer some sort of transport to the pool
Legacy Resort is a great place to stay, the room and the golf course were amazing. I would suggest having a rental car if you are going to stay here as there is not much within walking distance and our experience getting rides (taxi, Uber, Lyft) was very difficult.
The property is not well-maintained. Our ice machine was broken down for half the trip. The room was old and small. The pool area closes early and the jacuzzi tubs do not work. The fitness centre was always out of towels. They also like to use leaf blowers from the early hours. I loved the city of Phoenix but the resort is sad. Do not for the love of God get roped into attending the time share presentation.

The property was very nice at first arriving. The gym is very dirty and small and could really use some fans or air flow. The rooms are nice location and layout but could use some updating. The closet doors are loosely on the track, bathroom door hard to open and close, hot and cold water were inconsistent. Screen door on patio was off track. Having laundry and kitchenette was really nice. Golf course was really nice, food was good, staff were friendly. Wyndham presentation was painful. The hot tubs could both use some upgrades. Wallpapers falling off the walls in the washroom.
The hotel was nice, clean, lots of amenities. But the pushiness for the time share presentation was out of this world. They charge you a $40 fee that is definitely refundable but to hold your spot and you basically can’t check in without holding a spot. Then we cancelled and they pushed again, and then didn’t even cancel it so we got a call at 7 am to remind us. Which woke us up and was annoying. But if you’re firm in that it’s fine
