the only bad thing about the room was the noise from the hallway. every time someone would shut a door loudly, we could hear it quite loudly. we could also hear any talking, tray clinking, etc. quite audibly, which was strange. other than that the room was very comfortable- great king size bed with comfortable bedding, great blackout drapes, amazing shower head/pressure/temp, hotel cleaniness was excellent, and hotel staff was very helpful. the best part obviously was the great location to market street in SF. just a short walk from great shopping and the heart of SF. we loved walking to union & shopping @ westfield. we parked in the Hearst Garage on 3rd & Stevenson, which was cheaper than the hotel and only a short walk around the corner ($26 per 24 hours versus $50-60 per night for the hotel i believe). our stay was great and I love San Fran!!
