The motel itself needs an update. But, we stayed for one night and were satisfied. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. Cute little motel

Horrible hotel
Horrible stay to say the least. 0 out 5 stars! The pictures do not match the room. The price is average for a way under average room as far as nice, clean and comfortable. Everything was unplugged, including the refrigerator, heater. So the room was ice cold and the fridge barely got cold after being plugged in all night. The bathroom window was wide open in mid January, the window didnt have a working lock. The bathroom shower was disgusting, broken and sharp drain hole and the curtain barly hung on there. After an hour or so our tv got linked to someones iPhone and we couldn't use/ control our tv. Huge security alert as we had children in the room and not being able to control what came on the tv was unnerving. Would never go here again or recommend!

The property is quite old and renovations are needed, especially carpeting. I picked up my key in the early afternoon and was told we couldn't go in until after 3pm. When we arrived at the room at 10pm I pushed on the door and it opened **without a key!!**. That was concerning to say the least. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, despite the wonky doorknob no one tried to enter our room while we were there. We hung the "housekeeping requested sign" out when we left Saturday morning and found it still hanging there, the room untouched when we returned. I wish I had taken some photos, but the back of the bathroom door had been partially painted and left like that. The toilet was easily plugged (they did have a plunger in the room), there was a table with only ONE chair and the worst thing was the scarcity of outlets. The ONE outlet in the area near the bed was down below the frame at the head of the bed. We had to pull the mattress out and do special contortions to reach the outlet. If we hadn't brought an extension cord/power strip we would have been sleepless. Many people use CPAPs to sleep and of course with all the devices people need electrical outlets. We made it work, but I don't think I would come back unless some renovations were to happen. It's a lovely location and it has so much potential! Not bad for a two night stay when we only had to sleep and shower. Beware the dark, phone booth type shower that you have to step DOWN into. Towels were paper thin.

This place shouldn’t even be on this site. It was dirty and the staff was rude. I woke up the next morning with bug bites all over my body and my husband. My sister in law saw a brown recluse in her room.

Cheaper is not always best. Poor location. Hard to get in and out of property. Right on hwy 101. No AC or fan. Old furniture and not sure about the lighting. Booked two nights only stayed one.

We got the only room with no view window which was disappointing. Also not one cup or glass anywhere in the room. And though the office was supposed to be open until ten we could get no response at nine. The room next to us ran the tv literally all night so sleep was interrupted

Worst experience with a motel. First room was sprayed so heavily with frebreeze that it was hard to breathe in. It was so strong that only a few minutes in the room and the scent stuck to my hair and clothing. The front desk lady switched our room, but I don’t think the second room was finished being cleaned before they let us in. The floor was tacky, the trash was not taken out and the conditioner was half used. The toilet did not flush properly and the toilet paper holder literally broke off from the drywall. We only stayed one night, we requested our money back for the second night but the lady only credited back $40. I will never stay in this place again. I’ve worked for hotels in the past so I know how things work. I also never leave reviews for companies but felt strongly that other ppl should know what they are getting themselves into before staying here.

The staff was friendly and the room was not dirty. But the whole place is not well managed. A bay front motel with windows facing the highway instead of the water. Very old facilities in a desperate state of disrepair. The smell of disinfectant was overwhelming to the point of nauseating. Do not recommend. There are much better places in town that are more than worth a few extra bucks.

This was a great place to stop on a road trip down the coast. The motel is nothing spectacular, but good value for a clean place. Thanks for the good night of rest.
