It was very nice staying there, I would just say the bed needed more blankets or thicker ones at least. The covers are too thin, a thick cover would be appreciated for the people tend to get cold at night, but over all still very nice hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Very unsatisfied with this hotel very disappointed things were dirty and broken down I have never experienced such things.please if you stay make sure you do your run down of the room. Would not recommend and will not be staying there at all.

Upon check in I was informed a $200 damage deposit was due, then a $25 parking fee to park on their property then a $15 per person charge for a wrist band that had to be worn. After much arguing they finally waived the wrist bank fee. I never saw anyone wear it the 2 days I was there. The building itself is greatly in need of rehab and updating. Lots of dirty areas some peeling paint remnants of a broken window in the front 2nd floor. The pool is tiny and over filled with kids. The room itself was spacious and reasonably clean. Could also use updating, the bed and couch felt well used and ready to be replaced. They did have a small coffee pot, fridge and microwave in the rook with a nice wet bar type area. Parking is very limited and many of the spaces will not fit a full-size car due to the support columns. All in all, a very poor place to stay I will never return.

I was not told at booking of the extra fees when checking in. I was not told there was a parking fee nor that I needed to pay for a horrible wrist bracelet. I will never rent from Sunchase ever again.

@ $740 for 2 night stay during spring break - old hotel , clean - seriously understaffed - girl called over to help out from Super 8 was cussing up a storm and stormed off when I told her I didn’t appreciate her foul language (including F word) Other 2 ladies working counter were very nice and helpful tho - furniture in really bad shape and towels were extremely old

The staff was rude and the itemization of certain amenities being behind a paywall is borderline suspicious. At no lodging that I’ve been at has there ever been a restriction to having a guest in a room, the underhanded tactic to reign in extra income on spring break from a guest is beyond disappointing.

My room smelled like urine but I didn’t have time to get it swapped. Also they charge 30$ for early check in. You only get one parking pass and an extra is 25$

I like that the pool was somewhat heated. Hotel is old but a good location, walkable to beach & food. Staff was friendly. However it was hard to get plenty of towels & washcloths. On our last day/night we were told there were no towels for our room or the pool.

The property itself smelled clean when you walked in towards the front desk. The room we got had multiple outlets not working properly, a light fixture missing with exposed electrical wires, there was a makeup brush under the table next to the big mirror in the living room area, as if they didn’t clean properly. The shower had hairs on the walls and on the shower curtain which I thought was disgusting. The couch was worn out and the ceiling fan in the sleeping area was loose and loud.

The only part that I didn't like was the parking. They act very strict about towing people, etc. but they do nothing for anyone who double parks their vehicles. All spaces are tight, but too many took up more than one parking spot and nothing was done to correct the behavior.
