very nice hotel close to shopping, restaurants and bookstores. friendly staff and clean, large rooms. it was my daughters 14th birthday and she had a great time in south portland. entire hotel is non-smoking which keeps everything fresh. wish the indoor pool was heated, but the spa tub was very relaxing.

Room was smallish but well laid out and comfortable. Everything was clean and in new condition. Staff friendly and helpful.

This was a terrific room for business. Great desk and easy wireless connection. Really great bed and linens. Coffee maker in the room. Couldn't walk to anything and had no restaurant for dinner. I bought a chicken caesar salad in desperation from the cooler at the front desk. Very inexpensive and it was excellent! Next to a mall but clean and bright and easy access to the city, which was sold out for a conference. Big shower. If I remember correctly there was no tub. Breakfast available for a fee. Wine bar in the back lobby. Free, convenient parking.

The hotel lobby was very clean and open, and the staff friendly and prepared. The room was a very pleasant surprise - clean (the sheets even smelled clean!) and modern. All in all very impressive - and I travel a lot.

The hotel is just several months old and in great shape and very clean. Nicely laid out guestroom with comfortable bed, flat screen TV, large bathroom with excellent shower: curved shower rod for more room, Speakman shower head, and a light above the tub. Great lighting in room with halogen pinspots above desk, bar area, and at entrance. room also has a mini-fridge. No more than 5 minutes to downtown Portland.
