Cons: Disappointing breakfast - the selection was limited for a hotel of this standard. We were also unlucky becasue there were no croissants that day!
Location: The "tower" for tea or cocktails is a must
Great location for Swansea Marina and visiting the town. I stayed with my mother who is 83 and the staff were helpful towards an older person. The food was good in the evening.

Hotel is in a wonderful position, close toThe sea, there is a very nice promenade which stretches for a long way making it a very pleasing walk alongside the beach. The town is within walking distance. A very nice shopping centre whichisclose the The Swansea Market where you can buy local goodies such as fish, welsh cakes, local produce. Swansea is a gateway to the Gower Coast which is known for its wonderful beach.

GymPosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
A treadmill or two would have made the facilities top notch - fortunately it was fine weather during my stay so I was able to go for a run along the beach front. :-)

Friendly an helpfulPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, however free wifi should be provided as standard in any hotel in the world as I is essential to attract business clientele.

Excellent location to explore from.Posted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: Staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.
We chose the Swansea Marriott for its easy access to the beautiful beaches of Wales and its close proximity to downtown Swansea. The staff were incredible and possessed a wealth of knowledge on where to go and what to see in the area. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The breakfast included was tremendous with much variety and superior service.

Overall good, but disappointing swimming poolPosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Service was good / very good. Had superior room - good inside but poor view out. Breakfasted each day and thought good selection/quality. Dined one night and pleasantly surprised that main courses were very good and service prompt and friendly. We tend to book hotels that offer swimming pools and felt this was not up to the standard we'd expected.
