Weekend getaway

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Stayed for a night. Had a room facing the main road. Bit noisy at night due to traffic and Saturday night. Bed is soft and had a backache in the morning. Swimming facility is good. Managed to order room service after 4th time calling. Overall stay is average.

Modern hotel in city centre

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: High standard of cleanliness.
Cons: Bigger or more lifts.
Location: Right in centre of city. Visit the Dylan Thomas Centre, an 8 minute walk away
Check in was quick and efficient. No parking spaces available but was able to use nearby NCP with a discount from the hotel. The room was very clean. Had a pleasant stay.

Functional hotel at reasonable price.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: It is located in the centre of the City so most things and walkable.
We managed to secure a family room for two adults and one child for just over £80, which we thought was a reasonable price and the hotel afforded everything that we needed, but without any frills. The extra child bed was a fold away bed - in other hotels we have had sofa beds - and there wasn't much space left to move around. But the room was clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful. We kind of feel that we got what what we paid for.

modern hotel in centre of town

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: the staff, from reception to house keeping. the hotel was modern and very comfortable.
Location: could not be improved, right in the centre of town, near by restaurants, bars, theatre, railway station, shopping
arrived travel weary, the friendly staff were very quick to see to all our needs. in no time at all we were in our nice room. the bathroom was very clean, the shower inviting with plenty of towels. we stayed two nights and the checkout was as smooth as the arrival. we would definately use this hotel again and we would not hesitate to recommend it to friends/
