Was very let down with my stay, food wasn’t very good at all, breakfast or my dinner I ordered to my room, I ate away after that. The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything, people using toilet, conversations. Last night a delivery lorry pulled up at just before midnight banging around and making lots of noise. Right at front of hotel under my room window. Overall bad experience

Good hotel , modern and stylish Nice to be met with pleasant receptionist who informed me that food available till ten . Unlike other hotels you could mention who use any excuse they can to close the bar and restaurant ! Food pretty good too Recommend this hotel

One night stay
The hotel was nice and clean, the only downside was the quality of the sports bar food, disappointing. And the time they closed the bar too early. The breakfast was really nice after a night out.

Great hotel good value
Lovely hotel, great food, they need a toilet roll holder and a soap holder next to the disabled shower in the en suite. The swimming pool & jacuzzi we’re an added bonus

Small family room, but clean and comfortable.
The family room was very small with hardly any space to move around, and the sofa bed was quite small. That said, the sofa bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was great and the kids loved it.

I stayed at this hotel for first time. We was at 4th floor. Excellent room, super comfy bed. The girls at reception was so helpful. Excellent facilities. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our room was very spacious and clean. We used the restaurant once and food was delicious. I had a lovely stay. 5 stars.

Great hotel. Lots of arguments outside after midnight due to the party nights. Could do with having a bouncer looking after the outside late at night.

Woken up by knocks and door open by house keeping
Hreat stay apart from morning of departure where i got woken up by house keeping trying to open my door st 9am while i was still in bed when check oht time was at 11 feel like i was being rushed out even worse that i had had a late night and needed the sleep also the bath tap was leaking so had a constant noise from there all night.

Spinning class beneath my room started at 5.45AM loss of sleep and all control from hotel, I thought a hotel was for relaxation and sleeping not being woken up at 5.45AM, a full refund should be offered as a minimum requirement, I await a reply

Staff very helpful and rooms were very nice. WiFi was a little poor, the majority of the time I found myself waiting with the buffering symbol as company. Thursday night no issues but don’t expect an early night on Friday. Even though I was in the 5th floor I could hear the heckles of some woman’s laugh from the outside smoking area. I’m no stranger to traveling with work even on weekends so I’m use to the noise of the weekend blow out, but the noises this woman and her friends were making were enough to make me wish the windows didn’t have a safety device fitted. Although the venue could not be blamed for the whales noises, they could have asked the party to be quieter when outside. Especially as the hotel promotes a quiet zone after 10pm. Food was good quality and I recommend the mixed grill! Gym was exceptional and had everything you need.

My widow blind had a metal tube in it so if you had the window open it sounded like someone banging a scaffold pole against the wall. So I had 2 choices sleep the bind up or no fresh air. Then to top it off a Starbucks delivery at 23.40. Which iam sure sleeping on the m25 would have been quieter. 1st and last visit for me.

Not a good stay
Customer service from staff was terrible. Food in the bar is very overpriced. The room was clean but was like a sauna and the air con did nothing. Breakfast was very average.

2nd recent overnight stay at the Village. Had a club room this time which I preferred as it was larger and better furnished. Onsite good gym, parking and Starbucks all a plus. Couple of areas for improvement: breakfast - not very exciting range of choices and pet peeve of concentrated orange and apple juice which seems a bit naff. Internet is also not the greatest here - just about ok for work purposes but could do with an upgrade

The hotel was conveniently located in a njce area, and staff were very pleasant. It has a great gym and pool, abd a bar that serves food. Bad bits were I was rear facing below the gym, and was woken up at 6am by loud booming music from a gym class and 19:30pm the staff were hoovering around us in the bar, ushered us out into reception area around 10:45pm to finish our deinks, and we xouldnt hear ourselves talk as the Costa Coffe to our right was restocking with large metal crates at 10:45pm. So overall a great hitel, just need to start the fitness classes an hour or so later or stay in a fromt facing room, and be mindful of your guests relaxing in your bar in the evening.
