Hotel was good. Check in was a late arrival and I couldn't enter hotel. There was no way to make myself known. Someone did let me in and checked me in, but it could have done with a little more professionalism

Nice airport hotel, some of the rooms could do with some improvement, decor and beds are starting to show age. Often over cater for breakfast and food ends up getting over cooked by the warming lights.

We liked that the hotel was very close to the airport. But on the down side the rooms were very small for three people, the shower in the room kept going from red hot to freezing cold.

I arrived to stay overnight to catch early next day flight. Staffe very friendly, room spotless. U had a lovely meal. The staff were very overworked. The recepciónusts serve the bar and food apart from cleaning the rooms . I think they should have more staff on.

Just staying for one night before an early flight next morning. Perfectly good place to stay. We ate in the restaurant and the food was of a good quality. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the runway. We will stay again wherever we have an early flight.

We stayed for one night, had dinner there and the staff was brilliant my partner is gluten free and the shef went above and beyond to make her a dish that was even on the menu. We will be staying again the rooms was spotless really clean and parking included in your room fee not like other hotels ive stayed in before.

3-minute walk to Doncaster Airport. And bus from Doncaster train station let me off right in front of the hotel.

We had to wait an age to check in as there was no one on reception. When we did check in. We were told where the room was but no other information was given. We we not offered breakfast which we would have purchased. After a little while of getting into our room we realised that we were not advised of the wifi log in so my wife and daughter returned to reception. Again there was no one there. On seeing a sign on the desk about complimentary water my wife picked this up to read (there was Small writing in the corner and she didn't have her glasses on) and saw on the back the explaination on what was required to claim this. A different male came to reception and said that was only for the staff to read. She felt he spoke to her in a very rude way and there really wasn't any need. They then asked for the wifi code and was given a slip of paper with this on. The sofa bed in the room had slats missing. I have never given a poor review before. We felt that if it was just the poor service we probably would have gone away and not given it too much thought. It was the receptionists rudeness that prompted this review. If you dont want people to read staff crib sheets- 1. make sure there is staff on reception so guest don't have to wait for ages. 2. Give all information a guest may need when they check in. 3. Don't have this written on the back of an A4 perpex sign on the desk. Have this somewhere behind the desk where guest can't see it.

Okay for a night. Door to connecting rooms makes it rather a noisy stay and doors are loud when shutting late at night. Sound insulation could be better, location not on satnat either so need to follow directions to airport.

Very convenient- genuinely walking distance to the airport terminal. The room was basic and generally OK but spoiled by a very hard uncomfortable bed. Even a 'value' hotel should be able to have better beds!

If you are expecting a simple stopover with a comfortable bed, spacious rooms, air conditioning on the hottest day of the year and a nice bathroom and everything well kept. You can't go wrong with Ramada Encore by the airport.

Slow service, constant opening of doors noise. Key card constantly failed. Rm 137, Interrupted and worked up by noise during the nights. Reception called room depriving myself of much needed sleep for an airport taxi, I did not book, above all not happy
