I had two rooms, both checked in by different representatives at the reception area. For this check in, the representative appeared very rude and made it seem that I was bothering her by checking in. While she visibly did not appear to be working on anything urgent, she would not check me in until she finished cleaning the area around her (which included lifting up each piece of equipment on the desk to clean underneath). She then proceeded to talk about how unwell she was feeling. The room was very spacious, though several areas required a deep cleaning (bathroom sink, coffee station). I would like a refund or credit for this poor stay.
