Nice hotel but....Posted Dec 4, 2014
Cons: Service when there is a problem
Location: Good location for the Thanksgiving parade
We stayed in a room which was very nice with good facilities, our main problem was that we did not get much sleep because the heating system was jammed on at a high temperature. It was November and we had to sleep with the windows open. We reported it on the first morning and they said they knew there was a problem and it was going t be fixed next week but someone would look at it, nothing happened! A shame as it would have been an excellent hotel if we had managed to get any sleep.

Third stay at this hotel.Posted Nov 25, 2014
We have stayed here for the parade three Novembers in a row. Never disappointed. The staff is great. The breakfast is convenient and more than adequate. Located right on Court Street where the parade starts. Only a mile walk to the downtown area of Court Street area where there are bars and restaurants.

Overnight stay for a weddingPosted Nov 2, 2014
My family spent one night while attending a wedding. Room was fine. Very clean. But the heat didn't work and we didn't realize this until pretty late at night. Only one extra blanket. Oh well.. Heated bathroom and great shower in the morning made up for it.

Good locationPosted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find.
Cons: Duvets on the beds would have been good, instead of just a blanket. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door, and sqeaked when moved in the night!
Location: The hotel was fairly central for the historic sites and facilities. walking distance to the waterfront. Good selection of restaurants nearby.
Our room was very pleasant and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and it was well provided with coffee and toiletries. Being English, we would have appreciated proper hot tea bags as well, not just green tea! Plenty of parking available by the room. We were with another couple who were disappointed that their heating was not working and they were only provided with a small heater, at the end of October. The breakfast foods were good and plentiful, but in peak times there was not really enough space for eveyone to sit comfortably.

Easy to get to, and fairly close to HarborPosted Oct 29, 2014
Pros: Convenient parking in front of room, quiet, and breakfast included
Cons: Cleanliness of shower floor (needs to be scrubbed with comet and/or Kaboom to get up black grime)
Location: Plymouth Rock and Mayflower II
Nice breakfast, clean and well stocked. Hotel staff very helpful and provided map of area. Quiet room with only one level where we stayed.

Pros: See Above
Cons: Nothing I can think of..
Location: Plimoth Plantation, Replica of ship Eleanor which sailed with Mayflower and very informative gentlemen, Short commute into Boston or to the train
This was definitely one of the best places we stayed. It was very convenient to all of the attractions and restaurants. It was a very clean and comfortable room with a separate dressing area and sink in addition to the vanity in the bathroom. There were many electrical outlets which were actually located where you could use them. Parking was plentiful and no charge. The breakfast was exceptional with two ladies who could not have been more accommodating and efficient. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with directions and recommendations. We could not have been more pleased...
