Nice comfortable hotel with a helpful staff

It is convenient for us and the rooms are comfortable and clean. They provide a good breakfast with adequate hours. Staff is cheerful and helpful.

Needed a nice overnight stay

My ten year old son and I stayed there overnight. The Tv was not the best and we found a few amenities in not the best condition; but we made it work. The free breakfast made it worthwhile as I am big on free food lol.

Hotel visit

Staff where excellent but the NON SMOKING floor smelled so bad of cigarettes had to keep windows open with 18 degree Temps outside complained a ND was told to roll a towel at my door.& open windows....... REALLY

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff training
Location: West gate mall
There was a light out during my stay and I want to suggest that the facility require alternative source of energy

Clean but dated and tired

Place is clean, but tired, and I think this is reflected in the price. The bed was so hard I had hip pain all the next day and the noise from the corridor was very loud at times. Could not get internet service at all, which would have been a problem if I needed to work. But you can't expect much with considering the price and cleanliness is the most important thing for me.
