Nice Hotel for Plymouth AreaPosted Apr 3, 2015
Cons: A lot.
Vending machines were not working properly. Only takes $1 bill but drink is well over $2 in cost. Went down to front desk to get change for a $5 and was met with resistance?! There is a small vending area with beverages and microwave food for sale. It was completely bare, very very very few choices. Not at all acceptable. Staff had attitude that they were not there to help a guest. When I walked in I overheard the front desk talking to a possible guest who called with questions. I did not hear any positive features of the hotel, just negative remarks such as... "we are not on the cape" I had to wait quite a while to check in. The internet was horrible. I've never seen such an unusable connection. They did an "upgrade" to the connection for me and it didn't help at all. Serious issues with the connection that need to be addressed. They had a number of construction workers using the hotel. They were fighting over the single washing machine and swearing up a storm. I got locked out at the back of the hotel with a malfunctioning door. Took me about 20 card swipes to get in. When reported to the front desk it was if they knew but weren't doing anything about it.

Good hotelPosted Feb 16, 2015
I had a nice stay, very clean and friendly. Bed and pillows were not comfortable, and lots of kids and teens in pool/jacuzzi area. I expected a nice romantic weekend but we didn't use the pool and got about 10 minutes in the jacuzzi listening to screaming kids in the pool. Other than that, very nice staff, and very local to alot of shops and restaurants. I might stay again if needed.

Can't wait to return!Posted Jan 24, 2015 on Hotels.com
We had to bring our small dog. Although, I felt the added charge was steep per night, I was grateful for the option. The entire place was immaculate! The breakfast outstanding, pool and spa sparkling! Really appreciated the 12:00 check out time. Please recognize Allyson, Rick, and Courtney for their exceptional devotion and committed hospitality; they were very hard working.

customer service made us feel welcomedPosted Jan 17, 2015 on Hotels.com
the staff was very friendly, and polite. we got into our room late after an event on a few cold night. the only problem we had with the room was a noisy fan motor that would come on often and "growl" just long and loud enough to wake us up over and over again. I know if I complained, we would have been given another room right away, but we didn't want to repack that late. I informed the staff in the morning anyway. the buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, and kept fresh too, with a very nice eating area. well worth the money, and will stay there again for sure. signage to the hotel was pretty lame if you don't know the area.
