The staff were very nice and attentive. The continental breakfast was nice. The hotel was very clean and the lobby was inviting.

Good Spot

We were going to see a concert in Mansfield, so we stood here. Nice staff and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Pros: location
Cons: room could be cleaner
Location: restaurants, shopping center and grocery store across the street.
Stores very close by. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

Friendly with my kids!

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff. Great room. Good pool.
Cons: Had a small cigarette burn on our comforter in a non-smoking room.
Location: Hibachi grille, mall, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc.
Thanks for a smooth stay and friendliness to our kids.

No power No hot water!

Second time there. The power went out at 3:45 on Saturday and that made it a bit stressful since people were out in hallway and making noise making it difficult sleep. First floor has heavy traffic since elevator is at the end of the hall again difficult to rest with all the noise. Definitely requesting NO first floor rooms in the future. Would have been nice for the power outage to be acknowledged while it continued until 10am and the fact that the water was freezing... It is understood that it was out of their control but it was a huge inconvinience. The bathroom was not very clean! I had to clean the sink area which was full of facial hair around the faucet. Also the tubs needs to be redone as it no longer appears white! Breakfast on Sunday was great!

I recently stayed here with my daughter. The staff was wonderful. Jorge who was at the front desk every day was so pleasant and friendly!! The hotel was clean and bright and everything was in working order. It is located right across the street from a mall and there are grocery stores and restaurants very close by. It was fantastic!

Unfortunately in the middle of the night no power. Didn't receive any breakfast or any refund or apology for the inconvenience!
