Great location for exploring the Plymouth area

Pros: The location & our room was large, clean, comfortable & had all we needed
Cons: The only slight negative we experienced was the service at Breakfast. Food was good but the staff didn't seem to know what was included in the meal.
Location: The hotel location is brilliant, only a short walk across a road & a car park & you are at the Harbour. Also easy walking distance of the Mayflower 2
We enjoyed staying at this hotel the location is brilliant, only a short walk across a road & a car park & you are at the Harbour. Also very easy walking distance of the Mayflower 2, shops, restaurants & the "Rock" (less said about the Rock the better!) Plymouth is a good location for exploring the Cape Cod area by car. Our room was large, clean & comfortable. We were there on holiday although the hotel also caters for business customers. A computer & printer are available to use free of charge, this was useful for checking in to our flight & printing the boarding pass.

Overall experience

Pros: Proximity to Mayflower and Plimoth Plantation
Cons: Too many things to list.
Location: Excellent location. Plimoth plantation is an excellent venue and the Harvest Dinner was wonderful. We had a nice long weekend despite the Radisson.
When we arrived the desk clerk told us that we did not have a poolside room, which was clearly stated on our reservation. She gave us a room that was not poolside and blamed it on expedia. I went to the Manager and he made it right. ( should not have had this problem). Then when we went to the pool there as a sign posted on the wall that stated they no longer have a Jacuzzi, which they do still advertise. Then when we were leaving the elevator door frames were being painted and my husband brushed up against it (signs posted only outside the second floor elevator) and got paint on his 200.00 Northface jacket. They were able to get out the paint but it was a new jacket. Also our phone in the room did not work so we could not order room service. Had to go downstairs to the restaurant and order so they could bring our dinner to our room. Will not stay at this establishment a second time.

Great for the $$

Pros: I like the hotel was quiet. We were along the outside edge of the hotel so not sure if rooms that face the pool are less quiet.
Location: Tons of food and shopping. Historical sites close within walking distance and a short drive away.
I was in town for a wedding. I spent most of my time away from the hotel. I didn't use the pool or exercise room as I had hoped but the hotel was quiet and I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable with a selection of firm or soft pillows. Everything was clean. Hooking up to the wireless internet was a snap and the speed of the connection was fast!

I think the Radisson needs some work... not very clean the pool is falling apart. Not very good! Going someplace else next year!

Pros: Location, Restaurant and pub.
Cons: Room decor and overall cleanliness.
Location: Good location for tourists. near the harbor and many good restaurants. Walking distance to the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock.
This hotel offers a restaurant and pub and an indoor pool, but the rooms are musty and in need of renovation.

Disappointed

Staff is nice but the room is very outdated, smelled terrible, breakfast buffet was very expensive for what you get.
