A bit dated but cleanPosted Nov 6, 2013
Arrived late around 9:30 staff was friendly and the pub was still open which was nice after a long travel day. We were pleased to see the view of the water from our room the next morning. Good location.

Ok hotel. Need some updating.Posted Nov 3, 2013
We had one very rude front desk woman. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but could use some customer service training. Rooms were nice, but hallways need serious renovations.

Hotel a bit tired but good pool..Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: The pool
Cons: It needs a refurbishment to be honest
Location: We enjoyed the Mayflower
From a 6 hotel stay in New England over the past two weeks, this was the most tired hotel. However it was the cheapest; on the plus side there was an OK pool, although the jacuzzi didn't work. Location was good. There was lots of other availability in Plymouth this time of year and would try somewhere else another time

This hotel should be condemned!Posted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: It's location
Cons: Tear it down and start over.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shops. Beach across the street. All sights in walking distance.
We were a captive audience because we were attending a wedding. The hotel was sold out. There was nothing that was good about this hotel except for the staff. TV broken, closet door broken, lampshade cracked, rugs worn and dirty, holes in wall where picture should have been, telephone keys did not work and MOST OF ALL THE BED WAS BROKEN! The doors to the rooms were ALL kicked in and dented and the rugs were dirty and worn. Even the towels were old. Our room was not cleaned for two days even though we requested it three different times. We have never ever stayed in a hotel that was this horrible! Radisson should be ashamed to have their name on htis hotel. I have asked for a full refund.

Great location. Needs remodeled.Posted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: Great location near the water.
Cons: Needs a complete remodel.
Location: Plymouth Rock, museums, history tours, restaurants, shops.
Requested a room in advance with king bed and once my wife and I arrived they could only offer me 2 double beds. The hotel was probably at 30% occupancy, I find it hard to believe there wasn't a king bed room. The room was musty, we were unable to run the A/C due to the nasty smell, holes were in the wall where pictures once hung, the Jacuzzi was not operational, and there were trash cans near the entrance to catch the rain water from the leaking roof. It was a disappointment, if we hadn't prepaid the room we would have stayed elsewhere.

We had some minor room problems,Posted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: Everything! The room service, the staff, housekeeping, front-desk, restaurants (some of the best food in Plymouth), have a calming effect. Try it!
Cons: The hot tub jets were not working but the hot tub was still relaxing. the hot tub is being replaced.
Location: The Plymouth Waterfront is a walk out of the front lobby. Mayflower, Plymouth Rock, Jenny Grist Mill, Woods Seafood, Lobster Hut, shopping, parks, etc
Minor problems, all reported & fixed. They made it right!!! Front desk staff (especially Chris C and Norma were VERY helpful), the electrician that helped wth our electrical problem outlet (Jake) was great and quite good at his job. We simply cant say enough about Chris C. though. Every hotel as old as this historically beautiful hotel, has its minor problems. Chris handled every small problem quickly and efficiently! If I owed a hotel, I would simply have to steal Chris out from under Radisson's nose!

Good Hotel close to Historical Plymouth sitesPosted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Comfortable large rooms, pool available, wi-fi and intertnet available, with printing. Nearby historical sites.
Cons: The hotel bar "The Pub" was not staffed appropriately for the number of guests and waits of over one hour for a burger meal were being reported.
Location: Excellent central location in Plymouth. Nearby shops, souvenir places, Plymouth Rock pilgramage site. Access to the Mayflower II ship.
This hotel had very good facilities and the staff were very helpful. We stayed at the hotel on our last night of a two week tour of New England as it was close to the nearby Historical Plymouth sites and it also left us with only a short drive to Boston Logan airport for our departure. We were able to walk to the Plymouth Rock site and also visit the Mayflower II ship. There were also nearby shops and restaurants. The service at the "The Pub" hotel bar was disappopinting and we de-camped to the hotel "Harbor Grille" restaurant to dine. The food was very good, but the dinner service could be a bit more polished for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast choice was very good with both Continental and hot buffet options being available with excellent service.

Try somewhere elsePosted Sep 16, 2013
Location: Very close to the harbour and restaurants. About 10 minutes walk to the Mayflower and Rock.
Room smelt damp and seemed that it hadn't been used or cleaned for a very long time. They have air beds which you pump up for your comfort, although others may like it I must say that it wasn't to my liking.

Great place to stayPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: friendly staff, proximity to harbor, clean comfortable room,
Location: see above.. go online and check it out.
Proximity to Plymouth Bay is excellent.. it's within easy walking distance. Lots of shops, cafes, a winery, fresh seafood, walking/biking paths around the bay area, easy access to a variety of tours - whale watching, fishing, harbor, etc. Friendly people. Go visit!
