Great getaway location.Posted Feb 24, 2014
Third time staying here. Love it! Cannot wait until the next time! Within walking distance of everything! Park the car upon arrival and don't have to drive until it's time to go home!

Valentines WeekendPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: All staff was freindly and neat. They had complitmentary snacks, and drinks available during the afternoon and evening hour.
Location: Great Restuarants in walking distance.
Had a great stay at the Radisson it was my second stay in the last 12 months. Room was very clean and neat and meant my standards of what a Hotel room should look like upon arrival. After checking in at the front desk and heading off to the room I received a call from the front desk 20 minutes later asking if everything was to my likening.

Great locationPosted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Location, mulled spiced cider and cookies served in the evening - lovely on a cold January evening.
Cons: Replace or at least repaint the doors. Staff could be more engaging.
Location: Plymouth Rock and Mayflower II, historic district, plenty of restaurants and shopping (albeit half was closed for the season)
The hotel is located within walking distance to area attractions but is in need of some updating - particularly the room doors all look like someone used a hammer on them. We got two full beds and there was no availability of queen or king beds, despite visiting out of season (January) and we were never asked for our preference by the staff. The check in was fast and efficient, but lacked any interest from the staff to ask for our room preference, offer a map, explain there would be refreshments offered in the evening or make any recommendations for the area sights - why i gave 3 for staff. Room was clean, other than a coffee pod left in the coffee maker. Thankfully it was cold or it could have gotten moldy, but it succefully permeated the holder with coffee smell and we are tea drinkers, so had to run water through 5 times before we could make tea. Again - minor issue but caused us inconvenience. Another complaint i have is that there was not a single socket to charge a phone or plug a computer. I had to move furniture, unplug one of the lamps and rearrange what was already plugged in (the room had sleep number beds that used the sockets) to accommodate my phone. Overall, we had a very nice stay and i would recommend it.

Affordable hotel block from the harborPosted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: The staff here are wonderful, top notch and truly concerned about their guests. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Sleep # beds are awesome.
Cons: Repair the jacuzzi and buy new clothes dryers.
Location: Plimoth Plantation was very cool. Also visited Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower replica. Cape Cod not far. Tons of shopping
Arrived @ the hotel, only to learn the hot tub was inoperable (one of the reasons I picked this spot, I was very disappointed). After the 2nd night, my bathroom ceiling leaked, so Cepta @ the front desk had our room changed to one I requested and we received comps for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Very nice and professional front desk personnel. Chris @ the front desk was also very professional when I complained about the hot tub. Hotel definitely needs work, inoperable hot tub with no projected repair date, leaking bathroom ceiling, and needs new dryers (I put a small load of clothes in for over an hour, and they were still damp). Diane (a laundry worker finished drying my clothes and folded them). Marie (restaurant hostess) was very knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly.

Winter get awayPosted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: Location, nice staff, comfortable room
Cons: See review
We booked this hotel in Plymouth Harbor because it offered a pool, hot tub, sauna and workout room. All but the last were out of service. Otherwise good location, nice staff, comfortable room. Could have gotten the same anywhere, but the attraction of thawing out the winter chill in the pool and hot tub was the central reason for choosing the Radisson Very disappointed

uncooperative with bed typePosted Jan 2, 2014
Location: Plymouth harbor, east bay grille restaurant
I had asked for a king bed in my Expedia reservation. I called the day before and was told there were no rooms with king beds available. When we checked in the manager was able to get us a king bed. It shouldn't be that hard. Our room had a cracked ceiling tile and a water stain and the door lock was hard to open with the key card. We did love the breakfast buffet. The management was great and we weren't rushed. The man making the omelets, Tony, was awesome!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for a weekend getawayPosted Jan 2, 2014
The Radisson in Plymouth is perfect for a quick get-away, especially in the summer. Everything (beach, stores, restaurants, quaint Main Street) are within walking distance. Didn't get to use the swimming pool (open only 9 am - 10 pm). Their gym was fair- but who cares if you are there in the summertime? Staff is very friendly and what I appreciated most is that they were well-prepared for those of us celebrating in New Year's Eve festivities. They had friendly but firm security who were monitoring us revelers. Breakfast buffet was also available on New Year's Day as most local eateries were closed. The room itself was perfect: clean, comfortable bed, decent soundproof walls and plenty of supplies (coffee, tea, soaps, etc.).

Not happyPosted Dec 10, 2013
Pros: location, staff
Cons: Most importantly, the heating system needs to be improved ,too noisy.
Location: Location was good
Our room was below street level and was musty. The carpet was worn and tattered. We did not sleep all night because of the noisy heating and cooling system, it repeatedly turned on and off (every 5 minutes) and we couldn't shut it down. The sleep number beds were not comfortable, it didn't matter what settings were used (if your remote worked). This was the case for two of the rooms we booked for our stay.

Great location for usPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
We slept very well even though we were expecting a sleep number bed - ours wasn't! The room was large enough and clean. Air conditioner/heater a bit noisy. Plymouth was like a ghost town and the hotel the same luckily we did not need anything. I would recommend the hotel and probably stay there again.
