Beautiful room near shops and restaurants

Pros: Closeness to shops, restaurants and bars
Cons: The disclaimer about room changes when buying through Expedia should be in bright bold letters!
Location: Bar Louie, Howl at the Moon, Toby Keith's!!
I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. Although the hotel did not adhere to my Expedia preferences for the room, I still had a great time. Buyer beware: if you request specific accommodations through Expedia, the hotel is NOT obligated uphold those requests.

Pros: location at Gillette Stadium.
Cons: Refrigerator in the room. Need a jacuzzi in the pool area.
Location: Lots of shops, restaurants, walk to Gillette Stadium.
The room did not have a refrigerator which was a huge disappointment.

its to expensive for the rooms,they are not worth what we paid.

Great location in heart of Patriot Place.

Location: dinning, shopping, bowling
My college friends and I decided to find a place to get together where we could have fun and not worry about driving afterwards. The Renaissance at Patriot Place seemed to fit the bill. Located in the heart of many shops, restaurants and bars, with lots to do including bowling. The room was very nice and spacious for the three of us. We were surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. Perhaps we could have ordered one but we assumed there would be one in the room. We also assumed there would be wifi but again perhaps it had to be purchased separately. Overall happy with our experience but for the price a refrigerator and wifi could have been included.

Nice location- service could be better

Pros: Closeness to Patriot Place
Cons: Set a quite time in respect of other guests. Called Front desk at 11pm about party in room above us and nothing was done. Lasted after midnight
Location: Patriot Place has great restaurants and bars to go to.
Service could have been better. Called for extra blankets and it took over 45 minutes to get blankets and required me to call a second time in order for it to come. Also went to lounge area on night we stayed and waited over 20 minutes to get served and when that didn't happen, we got up and left

It was great...right next Gillette Stadium. The only thing is that it was raining and damp out....but the hotel was great and the shops.

Comfortable hotel in the middle of Patriot Place

Pros: Pleasant staff. Good brunch on Sunday morning. Good-sized bathroom. Good TV with plenty of available channels.
Cons: We chose not to pay $10/day for wireless internet access. That seems a bit steep for the price paid for the room.
Location: Retail shops, restaurants, movie theater, small bowling alley, and Gillette Stadium.
My wife and I stayed for a night over the weekend in late Feb. We enjoyed the closeness of the shops, restaurants, and movie theater. Most shops are in walking distance; a few are a quick drive to the other side of the complex.
