We liked the staff. Huge property! The beach was ok. We were there only a day, a week before closing for winter. The room was not very clean. Dirty blanket suspicious stains that was stored in closet. Jam stains on table in living room. The shower needs a good scrub because very moldy! Clogged shower drain. It could be a good family vacation area if cleaned well.

Great apartment!
Nice big apartment but quite far up the hill away from reception and shops and about a kilometer walk from the beach. Hard to find the apartment and the instructions weren’t the clearest but once that was sorted, we were all good. Pool was great fun too.

Flowery studio with a great view
We rented a studio for 6 days. It was a very spaceous studio, with a good kitchen and great patio/backyard with a view over the santa giulia bay. If you want to move around from this acommodation, it will be challanging without a car because the busses don't run very frequently. If you don't want to move too much, this place is just perfect. The staff at the residence was super friendly and helpful. There were a few minor downsides with our studio; bathroom lacks the drain in the floor making it wet most of the time, airconditioning was placed right above the bed making it uncomfy during the night and there was no wifi outside of the reception. Besides that, the beach and the area were just amazing and all-in-all, this residence is a great place to stay! Would gladly stay here again.

Location is great, accommodation was spacious and clean but very tired. Renovation is needed. Units do not have a phone, no internet at all but it is advertised on the page as complimentary. Only internet access is in the pool area and by the check in desk which should be specified in the information about the property. Check-in staff does a good job and makes you feel welcome.

Better than expected
We used this apartment resort as a base to explore bonifacio and the surrounding area. When we arrived the view was breathtaking, we were not expecting the resort to have its own spectacular beach at all. We wished we had booked to stay longer so not only could we explore the areas we could also enjoy the facilities on site. The pool was great and the view from our 2 bedroom condo was spectacular. Just note it is fairly spread out and your condo may be some distance walk to beach/pool/restaurants. Parking closer can also be an issue during peak times.

BEST SWEET ESCAPE EVER!
We stayed in Residence Marina di Santa Giulia for 4 nites. IT WAS AWESOME! such a laid-back place. The villa is just around the beach. very peaceful. And the condition of the Hotel is great! We swim and enjoy sunbath in the daytime, having B.B.Q. in our yard in the evening! Well...it is definitely the best choice for escape!

J'ai eu la chance d être très près de la plage pas besoin de prendre ma voiture mais en revanche un petit chemin avec d enormes marches en pierre pour accéder à ma villa. Âgée et ayant des problèmes de marche, c était douloureux et dangereux

Belle villa avec vue sur mer
Superbe maison avec terrasse vu sur la mer. Spacieux. Cuisine très bien équipée avec machine à laver et lave vaisselle. Tout l’équipement y étais même le parasol pour la plage. La plage de santa giulia est à peine a100m à pied. Piscine chauffée. Literie correcte par contre on entend le bruit des voitures qui passent car route en pente.

3eme sejour mais grosse deception cette fois. Notre bungalow etait tres sombre, avec une forte odeur d humidité (qui a imprégné tous les vêtements de notre valise). Pas de fenetre dans la salle de bain. Pas de clim le premier jour ni la nuit mais comme le "chef" n etait pas là, rien n a pu etre fait avant le lendemain. Pas d intimité sur la terrasse car du passage devant le bungalow. Vraiment dommage a 200 euros la nuit...on a vraiment eu l impression qu on se moquait de nous

toller Blick auf die Bucht von der Terrasse, genau wie auf den Fotos direkt an einem der schönsten Strände Korsikas absolut ruhige Lage, und Privatspäre sehr gut ausgestattet (bis auf fehlendes WLAN) Eigener Pool nur für Gäste der Residence Villa hatte zwei neu renovierte Badezimmer - WLAN nur am Pool - keine Mülltrennung (Plastikflaschen, Glas, Restmüll kommt alles in eine Tonne) - Wohnzimmereinrichtung einfach, war aber ok - abenteuerliche Schotterpiste als Zufahrt zur Villa - Strand zu Fuß nicht ganz nah (rund 800 m den Berg runter), am Strand nur wenige Parkplätze In Summe aber empfehlenswert

Appartement neuf spacieux et confortable mais il manque quelques équipements, grill pain , four, le petit set éponge, torchon, petit produit vaisselle aurait été le bienvenu. Et surtout une mauvaise surprise, 50 euros de frais supplémentaires pour le ménage pour une seule nuit ! Nous avons d'autres établissements qui ne nous l'ont pas facturé !

Wir wurden von einer Marina Villa (in Strand Nähe - Fußweg ca. 10 Min) in eine Villa neben dem Poolbereich umgezogen. Hier läuft man ca. 20 Min zum Stand, dafür war die Villa sauber und hatte auch eine Waschmaschine. Wir konnten dafür unser Auto an der Rezeption parken und den Weg somit auf 10 Min verkürzen. Eigentlich ist die Anlage an einem der schönsten Strände Korsikas und sie hat viel ungenutztes Potenzial, jedoch ist die Einrichtung der Bungalows, speziell die Küche, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Es wurde auf die Beschwerde über das erste Haus sofort eingegangen und wir wurden umgezogen. Hier war extremer Schimmel im Bad, schwarze Haare im Bett und die komplette Terrasse inkl. Wäscheständer und Schirm komplett verdreckt und es roch muffelig. Schön, wenn auch überteuert, ist der ansässige Minisupermarkt. Man bekommt alles Nötige inkl. Frischem Obst, Gemüse und Baguettes. Die Umgebung, der Stand und das Wasser an der Bucht sind traumhaft schön. Gemischtes angenehmes Publikum in der Anlage und im Ort. Gehobenes Preisniveau in den umliegenden Restaurants. Preis-/Leistung der Unterkunft ist optimierungsbedürftig und zu teuer.
