“Excellent value, excellent service.”

Of the three hotels I stayed at on my trip from the US to Guadalajara, this Hotel had by far the best service, food, and room quality, and was also the cheapest. I would highly recommend it to any travelers staying the night in Ciudad Obregon.

Great facilities. Great room. Personnel was very helpful. A block a way from a convience store (oxxo). By far, it is the best hotel in the city. The rooms are very clear and have very good decor.

I want to highligth the staff, starting with concierge and bell boy attitude, his approach to the costumer and willingness to help.The ladies at front desk demonstrate a friendly and professional manners. The way they receive costumers create a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is clean, accesible, sorrounded for what is essential for a traveler.

We used one of the rooms for a meeting with colleagues and had good service, the coffee was ok and the overall facilities are good.

“Best in Obregon”

It's O.K in general..Service and kindness of staff is very pleasant.

“The Fiesta”

Unfortuantely this is not a nice hotel, but it is probably the best available in Obregon. The service was slow in the bar and restuarant and the room smelled bad -- like sweat.

The hotel was right on our route and very convenient. The little restaurant was clean and fast with decent but not great food. However, the room was very cramped and the noise from the street traffic kept us awake until very late. We would only stay at this hotel again if we could be guarenteed a room on one of the top floors facing away from the busy intersection.
