Property looks run down and is very dirty. Our room smelled like someone urinated in it somewhere. Wife couldn't get wheelchair in bathroom. Community bathrooms were down right disgusting. Staff however was very pleasant and friendly.

The facility was a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious. It was located conveniently for dining, a little shopping and getting to the cruise port.

This place had an odor and roaches. I wish I would’ve seen this is in a review but instead all the reviews mentioned easy access to the beach. It was - but it was nasty. And I hate roaches!!

The hotel checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable and clean. Refrigerator and complimentary coffee/tea in room. No towels were in room but they quickly provided upon request. The hairdryer was missing which would have been handy to have. There was an iron and board available.air conditioner was comfortable. Our room had a very nice distant view of ocean. There’s not a balcony. Overall, it was satisfactory for a short stay. Comfortable and clean with no frills.

This is a low price point, but still didn’t meet my expectations. Hot water was in short supply, and I killed an insect. I would look elsewhere.

Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ! WARNING! I repeat PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It reeks of urine, the bathroom looks gross, the carpet is filthy, overall rating a -1. Avoid this hotel. You get what you pay for. Honestly, this is by far one of the worse hotels I’ve ever visited. I travel quite frequently. The public restroom was disgusting when I arrived & the front desk lady wasn’t even at her desk to check us in. It took a while to check in because the lady was no where to be found. Unprofessional to say the least. Not worth the headache. Never again. I can’t even think in this building it smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep, the walls are paper thin. I have nothing positive to say. Sorry ! They really should close down. I hope management sees this & make huge changes.

Convenient as in transit to our cruise the next day. Cleanliness not good .. when vent turned on in liviņg room area, stink of urine. Staff not friendly .. rude in demeanor - when asked for info, appears I am bothering him (check-out) & her (check-in).

The first room we had smelled bad, only one buld out of four lit in the bathroom. They changed rooms for us and it didn't smell as bad but the mattrice was old and broke down. The plug sockets wouldn't hold the plug in. The hotel is more like a one star motel. We were very disappointed with this stay.

Didn’t get the room we asked for at first. They changed our room after we asked so that was fine. No ammenties. Had to walk to different hotel for swimming pool and coffee and laundry. No lobby. One elevator. No regular coffee in rooms.

The hotel is located close to Main Street but not directly on the beach. The hotel needs a refreshing. The room carpet was very dirty and needs replacement. The bed spring in the large room has been flatten over the years. The twin beds were however more adequate. This hotel has potential as the rooms are spacious. Excellent parking space.

When we checked in we went up to assigned room and it was occupied. Hair blow-dryer fall ing off wall and did not work. Shower mold mildew around caulk dirty around toilet. Cabinets in main area falling from hinges.

Nous avions loué une suite familiale pour 4 adultes. Chambre 508. Le premier accueil à la réception a été rapide, mais lorsqu'on a voulu avoir des renseignements un peu plus tard, nous avons dû attendre au moins 15 minutes qu'il y ait quelqu'un au comptoir de réception. Une autre personne attendait pour s'enregistrer et faisait sonner son téléphone pour avertir qu'on était là. Personne ne venait à la réception... La jeune fille était à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Aucune place pour s'asseoir à part les lits. Seulement un fauteuil dans une des deux chambres. Nous aurions pensé avoir un endroit pour partager un petit repas car il y avait une cuisinette. Ou encore une ou deux chaises supplémentaires pour s'asseoir entre amis. Les 2 téléviseurs ne fonctionnaient pas. Les tapis étaient très sales et sentaient mauvais. Surtout la chambre avec les 2 lits doubles. Beaucoup de poussières accumulées derrière les meubles. Une forte odeur parfumée dans les corridors. Les lits étaient confortables mais mous et les serviettes propres. Il n'y a pas de changements de serviettes et les lits ne sont pas refaits pendant le séjour. Seulement lorsque le client part. Ce qu'on a apprécié, c'est de voir en partie le lancement de fusée la nuit directement de notre fenêtre. L'hôtel est facile d'accès et proche de la mer. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours.

On the plus side, the location was perfect, and the check-in process was easy. The room, a family suite, was very spacious. On the negative side, the carpets were badly stained and our room smelled quite musty.

My feet stuck to the bathroom floor. The mirror was so smeared that I couldn't see myself (I cleaned it). Two vanity lights broken. I didn't shower - too gross.
