Close to the beach and fun stuffPosted Dec 11, 2014
We stayed a block from the beach. Visited Ron jons, Kennedy Space Center, and a few local restaurants. Rooms were comfy. The pool area was closed for remodeling :) Staff was outstanding and very helpful.

Decent hotel, horrible shuttle service and parkingPosted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Property and rooms were nice.
Cons: Staff communication and shuttle/parking needs MAJOR improvements.
We stayed at this location and were using their stay and cruise package which included parking onsite and shuttle service to Port Canaveral, the hotel itself was nice, the rooms were clean and up to date. The staff was fine to me and told me that everyone in my 18 person group would be on one shuttle and made notes to this effect on their paperwork they were working off of. When the remainder of my group arrived NOBODY at the front desk had any clue what the people with us were talking about in regards to the group of 18 I had arranged and I had to go up front and point it out to the clerks. Friday evening the cruise parking lot was full, as was the entire hotel. I had to move things around in their parking lot to park as they wouldn't. Saturday morning rolls around and they ask if we are all in the lobby, I tell them that the group of people walking up right outside the door is the rest of our group and the driver says oh well, they will have to catch the next shuttle and piles half of another group on our shuttle. Leaving half of our group behind which was a major inconvenience as we all had to check in at once with the cruise line(first timers that had no clue what to do). Upon returning from the cruise we were told that the shuttle would arrive after 10-15 minutes and we were the first group on. After watching the guy load up 3 shuttles of people we finally got on a shuttle back to the hotel. Would not use this site again.

Must HotelPosted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
room had a very bad musty smell to it. ALL my clothes smelt of must and it was horrible. I do not recommend a stay at this hotel.

Perfect for Before or After CruisePosted Oct 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked parking and then one night after our cruise. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were very accommodating on our return from the cruise. Beach was just across the street and just down the street from the Cocoa Beach Pier. Would stay here again, great choice for park and cruise!

Park and CruisePosted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
We did a park and cruise package, shuttle to port included. Very large and comfortable room. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We arrived at Port Canaveral in plenty of time and we were returned to the hotel post cruise very quickly. Its our second time staying for the park and cruise. We will book this again.

Older hotel but nicePosted Oct 13, 2014
We got the park and cruise special. Everything went well with no problems. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast was good- hot breakfast and a "lounge" bar on the property. It would be nice for families. The staff was very helpful.

Great location but needs some updatingPosted Oct 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location. Very close to beach. Like most have said, this place is an older motel. The room we were in had nice wood looking tiles and comfortable beds but the walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint and the doors need replacement. A little updating would have been nice. But again very close to the beach.
