Was put in a room next to linen room. Staff woke us up multiple times very early and all day long banging around in that room. No regard to guest in next room sharing that wall.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again!
With the exception of the hotel restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was very evident they valued my family as guests and were working hard to make sure we had a wonderful vacation and customer experience. The front desk staff gave us local tips. The manager personally took care of a room request we had, and maintenance was super respectful in addressing a bathroom issue we ourselves created. The hotel restaurant staff, however, appeared overworked, tired and unfriendly. Food took a long time to get to us. They definitely needed more help for this area. Charging us for outdoor parking seemed over the top for this type of hotel.

Everything was great! Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly . Amenities are great and hotel is located close to many retail stores and less than 30 minutes to Kennedy space centre and a short walk to the beach.
