Close to pier,

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Near pier, beach, free parking, free breakfast
Location: The location is good, we visited the Kennedy space centre, it is also good for casino cruise.
We stayed here last year when in cocoa beach, it is near the pier where you can get food and drink, we find it comfortable, and what it says in the description when booking, we would stay again. The breakfast is OK too

Motel close to the beach

Posted Apr 18, 2015
The room was small. The facility/rooms are old and outdated. There was a party of teenagers next door the first night. Good access to the beach and the beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning unit was not working.

Posted Apr 13, 2015
ACsid not work. I think it was room # 220. I was there for a sporting event so I ry needed sleep. Well, it was very muggy and hot and I had to sleep with the balcony door open. They were sold out so I couldn't change. No rebate or price reduction offered.

Perfectly good at the price

Good location, clean rooms, decent beds and although the renovation looks like it was done on a budget, the place was in good condition. For the price, this was very good.

Noisy hotel

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Noisy hotel from bars at the pier. The beds were new but the old mattress stacked in the parking places made parking difficult. Good refrig and microwave but breakfast was lousy. No elevator to reach 2nd floor and overgrown tree blocked are distant view of the beach

A not very nice hotel close to the beach.

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Bull doze it and build a new one.
Location: The location was great, an easy walk to the pier.
I'm thankful that I only booked the hotel for one night prior to a cruise. I'll not stay there again. The property is old and tired.

Economical location for access to the pier and bea

Posted Jan 23, 2015 on Hotels.com
The service at the front desk was very helpful in most cases. Our questions on getting around town were well answered. The breakfast was typical for Days Inn. We had cereal, fruit and yogurt. We like the option of coffee available in the lobby. However. The phone light wouldn't stop blinking our entire stay despite two calls to the front desk to have it fixed. We also had to shoulder check the door to be able to get in. The location is perfect to the pier and beach as well as local amenities. For the price this room was a good deal
