The worst place!

Pros: Nothing!!!
Cons: Everything!!!
Location: Location was ok - close to the cocoa beach.
This was by far my worst hotel experience - EVER. The room had ants - which the guy at the front desk told us were "sugar ants" - never heard of those and he said they are common in Florida. Strange since we live in Tampa, Florida and have yet to encounter these in our home. But to add insult to injury, the bed - if you want to call it that, was back breaking. Basically, it was just a box spring with a very thin pad. Finally, the sheets were suspect from a cleanliness perspective. The room was also extremely musty. We check out the next day and checked into the Hilton - which was about $60 more but oh so worth it. (and there were no sugar ants..)

Consequently, it's disappointing to learn that you had circumstances that made it not pleasant. Please accept my sincere apology. After reviewing your comments and investigating with the staff, I was unable to locate any information with you sharing with the staff about the challenges you experience, this is extremely unusual, however I have alerted the staff. I want you to know that the comments and suggestions we receive from our guests are taken seriously. Your willingness to share your recent experience is genuinely appreciated.

Easy to get to from Orlando.

Pros: Convenience, free wifi.
Cons: Needs updating.
Location: Cruise, parks, beach-style restaurants.
This hotel is quite convenient...especially when catching a cruise. Room rates were fair. The hotel itself however is a bit out of date and can be seen in the bathrooms and such, because they no longer look clean. The free breakfast is not continental style, it is restaurant which you choose from a pre-selected menu. Still not a bad deal unless you like bacon (you must pay extra). Both the hotel staff and restaurant were very friendly.

one of the most disappointing experiences

We chose this hotel because on your web site it was advertised with a restaurant and lounge. After driving all day we were looking forward to a relaxing evening enjoying a few cocktails and having dinner without having to drive any more. The restaurant and lounge have been closed .. Our room was also very disappointing ,not at all what the web site pictures led us to envision. We will not book again at this hotel.

My Return Stay

Pros: location to ball fields
Cons: larger choices for breakfast get all repairs done and open
Location: Lots to do shopping, Fl. Key Lime Pie Fest. Beaches, fishing, Big name stores
We were here about 8 years ago, just after a hurricane for a softball tournament. They had some repairs to do but we still had a good time as a team. This weekend we stay there again but was not as pleased. They were remodeling again and no bar. Free breakfast was small in choices but made with real food, not powder eggs ,ect. Return maybe not.

Old and dated. In need of much more than a coat of paint. The beds and baths were very clean it's just hard to look past the old and crumbling. The front desk and maid employees were outstanding. Very nice.
