Near the beach and hospital

We were out of town and had an emergency. The staff was superb, the rooms were good for sleeping. A little noisy on the first floor corner as people walked by in the morning- the breakfast did the trick, the wait staff really hustled and was very kind.

The breakfast included in the room price is REAL, individually cooked in the kitchen! And the staff are just incredibly friendly. Fantastic find for the special price.

Nice people but the rooms were shop worn. Beautiful pool but all set righ in the middle of a very commercial area in Cocoa Beach.

Oasis in the midst of suburban shopping.

Visiting family but chose the privacy of the hotel room. Very comfortble alone here. Staff very polite and pool was lovely.

On website it said it had buffet for breakfast but when u go to breakfast area it was a sit down they come over to place your order and take it in to have the cook make it and they had four choices and don't get the biscuits and gravy.

We are saddened you had challenges with the complimentary hot cook to order breakfast a selection of omelets, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, 2 eggs your style with toast . Had we known there was a challenge we would immediately make the situation better. Please accept my sincere apology. I want you to know that the comments and suggestions we receive from our guests are taken seriously and I have shared the comments with the kitchen staff so we can evaluate what we can do better. Your willingness to share your recent experience is genuinely appreciated.

Time to renovate.

Pros: Friendly staff that made the effort.
Cons: Renovate, Renovate,Renovate.
Location: Shop and eat crappy American food.
The owner's/staff were doing the best with what they have but the place could use a serious update. Clean, quiet, friendly but it was hard to get past the rusty door frames and aged and shoddy workmanship. I've paid way less for far nicer accommodations.
