The hotel is older and a little worn, but clean, freshly painted, easy to find, all the ammenities you need, with a nice pool and outdoor terraces to sit at. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.

We traveled on a red-eye from California, arrived in Orlando at 8AM. On the drive from Orlando, we called the hotel and requested an early check in. They graciously had our room ready when we arrived at 10:30! Wonderfully helpful staff...

Great location, very clean. Friendly, professional staff, Arron and Mary were always plesant to deal with and very helpful. Good food and drinks at "Doubles"--resturant directly on the progerty. Really liked our patio facing the pool. We had a very enjoyable stay and if ever in the area again, we will return here.

“Wonderful Lexington”

The hotel receptionist was excellent, they had us in a second floor room, I asked for the first floor got that and two double beds. This hotel was within .6 miles of a party which was very convenient and we would stay there again without question. Expedia stated a continental breakfast, which because of the economy the hotel had dispensed with months ago and so told Expedia. Expedia also indicated the price did not include all taxes, but it did.

“Good location to beaches, resturants.”

Very nice place. Very clean, close to wonderful beaches, shopping and many choices of places to eat in the area. My only complaint was the bed...not as comfy as I would have liked..but the room was spotless...and large! That was a nice surprise. Would definately stay there again.

“Nice hotel in great location”

Hotel is centrally located to many attractions, especially the beach. Rooms are fairly large and clean but are average and could use some updating. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel in general was very clean and well maintained both inside and outside. I didn't go to the pool area or the complimentary breakfast. Overall it is a nice place to stay for the money keeping in mind it's average accommodations.
